No complaints!

We bought this dryer recently and have dried about 20 loads so far without encountering any issues. It’s quiet and efficient with lots of different settings. It has a unique lint catcher that seems to be better than average, which is a pleasant surprise given that we have several pets and more lint than average.

No wifi capability

My washer i got a couple years ago has wifi communication to my phone so i thought this dryer would have it but it does not. Also the dryer is not compatible with my older model drawer that goes underneath and had to buy a new drawer

My Best Upgrade EVER!

After 5 yrs I finally updated my washer & dryer. This dryer is very large, dries clothes well!

Seems to be a good machine, delivery was awful!

Have been using the machines for 2 weeks now. They seem to function really well. The dryer takes longer to dry with some of the delicate settings, but when set onto timed dryer, its alot faster. All in all these are great budget washer and dryer. Lowes delivery was awful, they use a 3rd party company, who will not schedule delivery, they tell you by 9pm the day before what time they are coming. Dryer died after 3 years of normal use

I bought this dryer 3 years ago brand new. I guess I should have bought an extended warranty because it stopped spinning and I'm being quoted up to 600 dollars to repair multiple parts. I would not recommend this product for long term use. At this point I'm going to have to throw this out and buy a new dryer.

Excellent Dryer

Would recommend this dryer to anyone. I have not needed to use a setting other then normal and quick dry - Beach and pool towels dry just fine on normal.

Will not dry sheets

Will not dry bed sheets without interrupting the cycle every 5 minutes to untwist the sheets. The drum is poorly engineered; whether it's the speed, diameter or drum paddles, sheets are rolled into a log and will not dry. I have tried adding tennis balls, sneakers, towels to no avail. Any of the advanced features are worthless if the laundry cannot be kept separated while drying.

Awesome dryer! Easy to use and a huge capacity to get the clothes dry. Pretty quiet too. Seems really energy efficient.

This was a major upgrade from what I had. I love this dryer . I wish I would've measured my laundry room because the dryer is big . Other then that i absolutely refer this to a friend or family.

Best Product

I liked this Samsung Gas Dryer. It is best product. I bought it from Lows and used it more than a couple of weeks its performance is as expected and best. The quality of the product is great, quaite and fast to dry. They delivered it to me on the next day and very cooperative and helpful delivery associates. But Lows customer service is poor, they need to improve their customer services.

Poor quality

Functions well although with normal family use, we have had to repair drum once a year for 2 years in a row indicating poor quality / value. Would NOT recommend based on quality.

I would give samsung dryer a negative star if theres an option. samsung products always have a nice looking but with low quality. Warranty is very need if you insist in buying something looks fancy because you dont want to pay more than its value to repair it after a year purchase. I would never buy any samsung product in future.

Roomy and does a great job! Only have to use one dry cycle per load!

Very User Friendly

The Samsung Dryer I bought as a set with the matching washer, I got them due to my mom needing a set to fit in her small laundry room. These are extremely user friendly and I have had no issues. The dryer is amazing and can quickly dry a full load of clothes in under 30 minutes, not to mention I haven't shrunk any of my business shirts which is a huge plus. Perfect unit for an apartment or first home and for the price you can't go wrong.
