Power house

I bought this router because I'm building a home I've used it for everything from the boys bunk beds to our kitchen cabinets I had a Craftsman but the skil it's so much better lighter and more powerful

Already returned for refund

Came with broken latch pin on housing

havent used it yet but the one thing is the hole in the face plate is to small for half of my bits, simple process to enlarge it with a dremel tool, be a nice router for a table

Great router at a great price point

I have another router I have been using for years and this router is simply amazing. My only issue with the router is the main hole in the router base is too small for some of my router bits. I purchased two different router bases that claim they fit most any router but only one worked and even they did not list the router as working. Basically the router seems to be unknown.

Powerful tool at a great price

This router is a fully featured product that exceeded my expectation. The soft start is great for control of to tool. The depth adjustments are smooth and easy to use. I like the soft grip handles and lighted switch, to know that the tool has power. The edge guide is a great value that is packed into the box.

One, the knob on the for "micro" adjustment is not very accurate, I would definitely use a standard measuring tool to get the depth just right (eg, a ruler, tape measure, or caliper if your going hard-core). Two, the clear access panel to change the bit is kinda a pain, it is held in by the depth; if you want a very (very) shallow depth...

Very handy and capable router

Simple Quality Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good quality router with all of the standard options. The micro adjustment is great and the led lights are perfect. This would also be a great router option for a router table.

This is my first router

This is my first router, so I'm a beginner that is still learning the craft of woodworking. From my standpoint, and opinion this is a good unit! I love the slow start, and speed selection option. I also like the micro, and Marco adjustability. The bit change system is good, but could be a little better. I think its a great buy, and am personally happy with it! Now I'm going to get a router table!
