Love Using This Router
Would RecommendPluses: good price for my DIY budget; light-weight and well balanced; one-finger on/off switch; good workpiece lighting with 3 LEDs; large workpiece viewing window; easy-to-grasp handles; can handle both 1/4" and 1/2" bit shanks. Minuses: best to remove motor housing from fixed base in order to change out a bit; sub-base center hole only accommodates small bits (1/4" overround), so must be removed for larger bits.
Love Using This Router
Would RecommendJust finished a job using this router. For my DIY needs, this is the perfect tool. Pluses: lightweight; easy to turn on and off with one finger, "slow" startup allows me time to properly place the tool, 3 lights illuminate the workpiece; cost fits in my tight budget. Minus: The center hole in the subplate only accommodates small (1/4" round over) bits. For larger bits, I used the subplate off my old Craftsman router.

My exprience? I would like to purchase something without constantly receiving emails requesting reviews. It did what it was supposed to do.
