Good product

This is a good product to renovate an existing concrete countertop. The kit is easy and great because it has everything you need during this process. However I would say in my case, I needed at least an additional quart to give it a good coverage. Try to get a bit extra just in case. The marbling part can be tricky to try to think how you want to lay the lines before hand.

Can't wait to use this on my countertops!

We have 15 year old black slate look formica countertops that are showing signs of wear so I got this product to change the look of our kitchen and lighten it up some. I haven't applied the product yet, but the directions look very easy. I'll be using the product in the next week and will add pictures.

Liked the countertop

It was easy to apply. The first step was not look right with one coat. I added two more coats. It dried so well . The second step I added two coats of the second steps. I appreciate the steps on each can. It turned out great. I recommend this product.

Hi, This product took me outside my comfort zone as I’m just learning. I purchased a few rollers, a few small brushes, an 2 inch brush and a sponge to dab white primer on the vein to complete the look. Small spryer for water. 1st step is to clean & Tape with painters tape & Plastic so nothing else gets messed up. Sink, stovetop, faucet & everything in your path. Just like new

We used this to cover a yellow laminated counter and backsplash. I watched a few viedos, and did some research before starting. The directions say you dont have to sand, but we did and I'm so greatful we did. The process was clean, sand with 220 sandpaper (this removed all minor scratches and knicks) as the counters are original to the 1978 house. Looks good , but didnt cover it as good !

Easy to install , it took 3 coats to cover our dark Grn countertop. It could had used a 4th coat , the smell is alittle strong , would recommend wearing a double mask , n gloves . You have to let dry longer than indicated , we did over night before placing any items on countertop . Left a somewhat light covered finish , would had loved it more if it had been more solid finish. But looks better than the before look.

Epoxy countertop

This epoxy works well, but be sure to prep really well and tape off edges and cover your Floors! It’s kind of messy. The marbling takes so practice and make sure your room is well ventilated, has a smell to it.

Product is Meh

This product was ok. The instructions were not great. The white did not cover very well and the lines didn't look great. The instruct basically said to paint them, no real instructions. Make sure you watch youtube videos.

Amazing transformation

Super easy to use. I did 2 coats for the base color before painting on the faux marble veining, which was really easy. You actually start to have fun with it. Truly difficult to mess up. I watched a few YouTube videos of other doing the veining. This kit took our outdated, cigarette-yellow engineer3d stone from the 80s and really gave them a glow-up. Beautiful Countertop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rust-Oleum home marble countertop coating kit was very easy to use when we were renovating the house. The instructions were very clear, and the drying time was very fast. You can also tell that it is very durable and the coverage is great.

it seemed ok at first, but then we started noticing marks and stains. Now, recently, there is a spot where something was put down, and it left a ring and the paint starting to come off. we put more than enough coats of base coats and top coats that it shouldn't be coming off already.

Great for laminate counter tops

We had ugly blue counter tops that were built into our bathroom cabinets weird that it would have been very costly to remove. This countertop paint was perfect for our bathroom counters. I will say you need a creative mind for the veining as I’ve seen some bad examples online. I’d say I’m a good artist in general so I found this project fun and easy. Took 3 coats of the white.
