I purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself. It has truly enhanced the sound and picture quality of my 12 year old LG tv. I’m extremely pleased with the purchase!

Worked Great, but...

I bought the Roku Streambar a few weeks back. It did improve the sound, but there was no way to hook up the TV Ears that my hearing impaired husband must use in watching TV. I spent two days trying to get them to work, but couldn't. Finally got online and lots of other people are having the same problem because there is no place to plug them in.

Decent Streaming Soundbar

The Roku Streambar has been a nice improvement over the television's built-in speakers. Coupling it with the Roku subwoofer provides even better sound quality. I wish the device was slightly more intelligent. It seems the Streambar should be able to distinguish between apps used for watching tv/movies with dialog and apps mostly used for listening to music. Streambar number 2 with same problems

The Brand New Samsung 55 inch TV freezes, reboots, jumps to home page and loses sound since I installed the Roku streaming soundbar. This is the second Roku streaming soundbar I have purchased and they both do the exact same thing.

Great Product!

Our grandson brought this for us to upgrade our TV system (we have an older TV). It worked perfect as soon as he set it up; which was a simple task for him. It is WONDERFUL to only need one remote to control the TV and the Roku features. The TV sound is much clearer. So please he did this for us.

I have tried the ultra and the streaming stick, but this one truly is the best!!

Streambar and accessories not loud enough

The sound is good, but it's not loud enough, so I bought 4 of the Roku wireless speakers. Still not loud enough. I bought the subwoofer. Still not loud enough. I moved it to my bedroom and put our old soundbar back in the living room. I am disappointed after spending so much money for all of the pieces.

Shipping is a nightmare

Get it from somewhere else I have been waiting a week for them to ship it.

Streambar is fine. Remote could use some tweaking. Volume off button is in the way

Not good. drove me away from Roku

First one broke within warranty and Roku were kind enough to replace. After about a year and a 1/2 with the replacement , lots of periodic distortions in some of the apps' menus, even YTTV. So we decided to get a separate sound bar and Apple TV. ATV is so much faster and I only wish we'd made the change earlier.

Sounds Good!

Added the sound bar in hopes of evening out volume on different channels. Seems to have done the job!

Bought over the holiday and it blew me away with features and sound. Also got the wireless subwoofer add smiles and grins!!! See if you can make one to trump this Roku!!! Bigger wireless subwoofer and streambar in one.

Needs restarting at least daily

I've had this a year now and we have to restart it at least daily if not more to get it to work properly. Sometimes it's the sound, sometimes it is the operation. It once restarted itself 4 times in a row because I was trying to access a movie. We have 2 Roku TVs and a Roku ultra and none of them EVER have to be restarted. Good replacement for my Vizio soundbarf

Got this primarily to simply my setup and replace a Vizio soundbar that I could never get to function with the Roku controller. Much smaller but equally good or better sound PLUS I now only need ONE controller. Cleaned up the space as well. Very happy with this unit!

Not good

Basically quit working after 6 months. It gets real hot. You can still tune in on it. It won't turn off. Not what I was expecting. Our basic Roku receiver don't work that well either. You have to point tight at it too. I like to get a new roku TV, but not sure it will work any better.

Bery great sound

Easy to install, excellent sound and connectivity. The multiple HDMI connections were easy recognizing for the sound bar.
