False advertising

It is supposed to lower commercial volume but it doesn’t and it is louder than usual!!

Great Product

Purchased this product before Christmas last year. It is in a small room but does not overpower the room. I really like the fact that the sound is level through commercials and the programs.

Sound goes in and out

Sound goes in and out. It constantly reboots and locks up. Very disappointed in this product. I have several other Roku products that I love but this one is a huge disappointment

Has a delay switching through channels. Memory?

I bought this a month ago to replace a smaller unit that was getting hot. This one has the same delays switching between channels. Sound from the sound bar is not even that great.

Good product

Good value. Like getting a soundbar for the nothing. Easy to use . My wife is legally blind and can operate. Wish it had sleep timer.

Love the soundbar options

This is my second unit for a second bedroom. Love the features.

Good sound, awful directions

We are pleased with our Roky Streambar. It operates as advertised and enhances our viewing experience. However, the installation directions were worse than useless. They incorrectly instructed me to make adjustments to my TV that actually interfered with the performance of the Streambar and led to much frustration on my part during the installation process. Eventually, I tried undoing everything the directions told me to do, and the device has been working great ever since.

Good But Can Be Better

Installing the steam bar was easy and straight forward. The set up only took minutes before I was up and running. The only problem area is that both remotes look very familiar. I would recommend making them different in some way instead of putting a tag at the bottom that says ROKU.

Do not buy. The speaker isn't great

Do not like it al all. The thought of having all in one just doesn't work. Remote sucks. It replaces your TV sound, not enhance. Lots of lag and slow since installing. No issues prior. Same Internet..... Don't buy!

Was exactly what I needed but didn’t last

The Roku Streambar is exactly what I needed - a sound bar + a roku streaming device. It worked great while the warranty lasted. But suddenly without any misuse , the bass started to crackle and become fuzzy making the soundbar unusable. Many people have compained of thos on online forums and there is a less than desirable response from Roku support. there is no way to get a repair done or get a replacement for an out of warrantly product. Seriously disappointed.

Not disappointed

I bought this several months ago and am not disappointed with the product. I would like to see the bass kick in at lower volume settings. It seems I have to turn it up fairly loud to have the bass kick in. Other than that I like it

Don’t buy

I’ve had it for a few years, the sounds cuts out randomly and you have to restart the program then it works again. The remote disconnects and reconnects constantly. Don’t buy it, I’ve have the small Roku box for years without any issues like the sound bar has.

Easy Set Up

I bought this about 2 months ago and am very happy with it. My TV had awful speakers, and this fixed the issue along with not having to buy a separate streaming stick.

Speaker is blown

Had this less than a year and low range speaker is blown. Rattles with heavy bass.

A lot of entertainment in a box

Loving this sound bar and separate base. Movies and Sports will never be the same. Thanks Roku.

Great sound at an affordable price

Just installed this smaller sound bar in our four season room. It really enhanced the sound. The TV out there had a really tinny sound. The Roku Sound Bar great improved upon that. We have a Roku Sound Bar Pro on our main (Great Room) TV, and it is fantastic. This smaller sound bar is perfect for a smaller room, like a bedroom. We heartily recommend it!!

It’s great!

The Streambar has everything you’d want from it. The sound is great. Plenty of bass, but customizable if you want less. You can really customize the sound for your needs with the leveling and dialogue settings. Holds network connection really well. The USB port allows you to play files from a jump drive, and you can wirelessly connect headphones. Couldn’t be happier.

the sound is great, but

The sound is great and hookup was relatively simple. But alas was not advised that it only pairs with Roku sub woofers. Never mentioned this, that can connect with bluetooth, but this for receiving music from phone. Very disappointed in that. But give out great clear sound

Adds much better sound

I just recently connected the Streambar and it works good. It enhances the sound. It’s louder, clearer and has bass where it’s needed. Overall and good sound experience. Would recommend. Note: I’m using the optical cable, because my TV is older and doesn’t have the ARC connection.
