I could not get it to work the remote and the unit would never sync never get it via mail. Just go to a store and buy it. It’s easier to return. And the people that help you for support, they’re nice, but they don’t really know what they’re doing. They just read from a script and they don’t pay attention to what you’ve said. I purchased this for a basement tv after using a Streambar SE successfully for a few months and have not been pleased. I have had multiple issues with this device that all require a hard reboot (pulling power & plugging it back in). Had only used roku devices for myself, parents, etc. loved my sound bar but all of a sudden the sound started randomly going low and then getting normal. At first i dealt with it and then it kept getting worse. I contacted customer service and they couldnt help. i tried New wires, reset to factory settings which sucked cause i had to sign in to all my apps again and it actually started getting worse. too much to just deal with and time to move on.

I really loved the function and value of this product. Our old TV speakers sucked and this was a great all in one fix. Very minimal issues with this over the years. I have had this sound bar for a couple years and though the sound quality is decent, I have a couple serious issues with it. First, There is no ethernet port which is very disappointing. I wouldn't have an issue with that if the Wi-Fi capabilities were any good. It broke

Had this for 2 months and loved it. However, it started blinking when you turned it on between the home screen and black screen then the tv says no source. If you unplug it from power and plug it back up, it comes on. Thought it could be the tv or hdmi cord. I have a Roku ultra and a streaming stick both worker off the same hdmi port and cord great. Tried to factory reset about 3 times and nothing. It like it’s an internal hdmi issue.
