Works Flawlessly and Easy Installation

As is typical, my water pump and furnace are hardwired to the breaker panel. No way to power these appliances with a generator. I started researching transfer switches and a manual transfer switch seemed like the way to go. Automatic whole house generator systems are super expensive. I needed a more cost effective approach. Excellent product

This transfer switch could not be made any easier to install. Everything that can be done before putting it in the package has been done, and the instructions for what remains to be done are as clear and concise as any I have ever seen. Anyone capable of changing out a faulty breaker should be able to complete this installation without difficulty.

I actually returned the Box because we had so many Breakers it was really hard to transfer all those to the transfer box. however it was a good sturdy item

Excellent, easy install!

Picked up this transfer switch during a power outage after a surprise tropical storm last weekend (along with a generator). Amazingly easy to install with a little bit of diy electrical experience, I was up and running in 4 hours flat. They have youtube videos online, good instructions, and everything is labeled very well. The one thing I had to go back to lowes for was a 12/4 wire and conduit to connect the panel to the inlet. 10 Foot Cord?

Gave it a 3 because it comes with a 10' cord, but the generator I got said you need at least a 20' cord? Returned.
