Would Not RecommendDo not buy. After 2 hrs of fiddling with this it still leaked. I threw it out. Bought a "float valve" replacement. 15 min install, no leaks, flushes as new.

The ballcock had to be modified to work properly
Would Not RecommendThe locking ring, which locks the ballcock at a selected length, does not lock down after being slided down as instructed. So under the water pressure the locking ring slides up and the ballcock shoots up and extends to the full available length. I had to disassemble it again and lock the locking ring in place with some electrical tape and clips. This is the case of a bad engineering and/or workmanship. So be warned. I made it work for now, but it should be good to go from the beginning.

Bad design, don’t waste your time.
Would Not RecommendI had the exact same experience as another reviewer. I took the old unit off and installed this repair kit. Once complete, I turn the water back on to the toilet only to have this piece go flying in the air while getting soaked. I strongly recommend going with something that is not adjustable.
