Never a frozen sprinkler back flow valve again
Would RecommendBought two of these to put on my sprinkler back flow valve for the sprinkler system, one for the line in and one for the line out. Next winter season, I'll turn off the water to the sprinkler, unscrew the unions and back flow device and store them in the garage. No need to wrap them up to prevent freezing. I've replaced two of these devices from freezing temps(even though they were wrapped with insulation). I don't know why I didn't think of this before.

Would RecommendI dripped a little cement on the flat, mating surface and was concerned that the joint might leak. After scraping off the excess and lightly sanding the surface with 600 sandpaper, i assembled it and had no leaks. Pretty durable.
