Would RecommendI love these, but the manufacturer is always changing the mold. I've used these for years and unfortunately, they get brittle and crack. So what happens if one end is good and the other is broken. Can you just change the one side? Maybe. It depends on the manufacturer. If they changed the physical size, it won't match with the old piece and you'll need to replace both sides. What is supposed to be a time saver, turns out to cause more work if it's not the same size.

Would RecommendI used this pvc 1 inch schedule 40 union for my sprinkler system. The solvent or smooth sides bonded well to the pvc pipe and worked well under normal home water pressure with no leaks. I recommend this item. Thanks.
