I installed this on our outddor deck for our ceiling fan and it is a nice and adjustable fit. Also well built and holds fan securely, even in the wind!

good strength for the price

This is a beefy ceiling box support (especially for the price) with lots of hole options for fastening. I like that it comes as a full kit with its own romex bushing.

Great fan box

So as soon as I got this product in, I have it to my electrician to install on a jobsite. Product installed with ease and works great! I do recommend this product for remodeling as well.

Strong hanger

This is a really strong hanger. I have a small but heavy fan coming for over my work bench. This hanger is super easy to install, and very robust. I would certainly recommend it, especially for fans.

Normal rabb bracket. This is the heavy duty fan size bracket. You can use this for lights, but you have to use this kind for a fan as it needs the weight support

This is a great Fixture box and bracket kit for installing ceiling fans. The mounting bracket is adjustable for 16-inch on center to 24-inch on center spacing. The fixture box is large enough to accommodate all necessary wiring. This bracket and box assembly is strong enough to support almost any ceiling fan.

Missing parts

Lowes needs to stop putting incomplete items back on the shelf. I purchased this after work and got home and found it missing all the attaching hardware and the outlet box. The Springdale Lowes needs to get its act together. This wastes my time and the time of anyone who happens to buy something the staff didn't inspect an ensure all the parts were there.

Bought this for a ceiling fan in a workshop. Strong, durable and affordable.

Solid choice

At little tricky to get the tabs between the rafters and drywall mainly due to it's minimum length, but it is sturdy and I have zero doubts of it's durability. The adjustable box is easily located into the cutout and locks down secure.

Great. Just what I needed.

Built very sturdy and the price is very reasonable. Can hold 70 lb fan vs 35 lb by other brands and products. However, finding any RACO electrical boxes at Espanola store is a joke. Although the website says there are plenty of various config for new and remodel at the store with isle # and bin #, there were NONE to be found. Best ceiling fan bracket I’ve ever used!

This was one of the sturdiest ceiling fan brackets I have ever used. It was also one of the easiest to install. Although I had full access to the work area were I was installing the bracket, it could be installed in a box hole if needed to be. I would highly recommend this bracket to anyone.
