Works great, easy install

 Would Recommend

Worked as intended. Very easy to install. Used to span 16" footer gap to hang fans. However, seems odd that the side plates are setup to accept 8 or more nails/screws to attach to joists, but the main box is still only held to the rails by 2 tiny metal screws.
