Poor Remote Control

The remote didn't seem to work well when I got it. It lasted for a week off and on. I assumed it was a cheap battery since it wasn't a branded one. I put in a new battery and nothing. Contacted Lowes to see if I could get a replacement remote since it took me some time to hang the lights just right in the gazebo using zip ties. They said my only option was exchange it. Default color is red

This system doesn't remember what color you had them set to after you turn them off. So when you turn them they always default to red . So putting them on a timer is hopeless. Recieving no support so now I'm taking apart the power pack to try reprogram them myself.

Amazing Lights!!!!!!

I LOVE THESE LIGHTS!!!! I put up 3 strands on my patio for Memorial day and they were a huge hit. I read some reviews about a red default color, but that only occurred when I first plugged them in before I had used the remote control. The variety of colors is great and my remote controls worked great (on all three units). I never had any other issues. The reviews don't do this product justice. I haven't had any issues and will buying more for gifts for my family. LOVE THEM

Buyer beware.

In the instructions it says you can string 4 strands together without additional power. Nope. 2 strings in succession is all that will work. I've tried multiple outlets, changing the plugs, and shorter extensions. Nothing. The third strand works just fine with its own controller plugged into an extension. Just not in succession to the other strands. Frustrating.

Very disappointed.

I spent a great deal of money on these lights. Remote would not work. Lights would only stay red. May try a new battery. Very disappointed. 89.95 is a lot of money for a product not to work.

I purchased 2 sets of these lights. After reading the instructions, I hung them as suggested without the bulbs installed to prevent breakage. I plugged them in, and they came on red. One set did not have a remote in the box. The remote with the other set did not work with either set. Customer service said they were faulty and to return them. I bought these lights well before spring and hoped that the in store example would look as good at home. This was the most money I have ever spent on gazebo string lights and I will admit I was a bit worried. Guess what? It looked even better! I was in search of colored LED patio lights and went back and forth between Lowe’s and Amazon looking at this manufacturer and others. Reviews were not encouraging, none were displayed in our local store to see in operation. Incomplete product

We bought two boxes of lights. One box had no remote and the other box had a bulb missing. So sad as really liked the idea of colored lights. Will return and look for lights with better quality control in boxing.

Remote stopped working

After only 2 days the remote stopped working. We changed the battery with no luck. Tried using on a timer but could only get the red loghts to come on. Returned to Lowe’s after 1 week.

Default Color Red

I just bought these yesterday. Product very good quality as I hoped. Only problem we have is we are using it for our business (commercial use) and wanted to put it on a timer to go on and off automatically.
