Would Not RecommendDoesn't accept the gauge wire it is rated for. Rated for 12, 14, and 16 gauge wire, it wouldn't even accept 16 gauge--the smallest diameter. I even bought the low voltage landscape wire off the same shelf the connectors were on. To make the connector work I had to shave the 16 gauge wire down, carefully, with a razor blade before the wire would fit the connector slots. Don't even want to think how hard the larger 12 and 14 gauge wires would be to fit into the connector. Don't waste your mon...

Would RecommendI installed these to replace original Hampton Bay pressure clip connectors. When installed correctly with the proper gauge wiring I believe these screw-on connectors are much more reliable. I will be buying more!

Would Not RecommendI had to modify cable, by stripping the plastic with a blade carefully so I won’t expose wire inside. This needs to get fix . Great accessory, but fix the gap so cable can go in easily.
