Would RecommendA great replacement for my Mansfield toilet. Easy to follow instructions. Be sure you have pliers or wrench that can accommodate and remove a 2 1/2" nut if its stuck. Installation was easy and all parts included. Highly recommended if you have a Mansfield type toilet.
Mother-In-Law Savior
Would RecommendQuick and easy to replace this valve. Toliet ran continously for quite awhile until mother-in-law figured out how to shut off water supply. Replaced valve and took Lowes receipt to local water department who credited the account back to average monthly usage. Happy mother-in-law, happy wife....Win! Win!

Would RecommendThe brand of toilet I have needs to have this type of flush valve, Regular flush valves that work on all other brands of toilets cannot fit down into the recess where the three bolts hold the tank to the bowl. Once replaced, worked fine. The old valve failed to seal after 20 years. Might of failed because of using a toilet chlorine tablet bowl cleaner and not using the toilet for long period of time.

Would RecommendI don't know why they make the bottom as a hex nut which does not look like a good fit for the bowl gasket. My original is round. I was fortunate that my old bottom nut was still usable so I used it instead and it works fine.
