What Customers Are Saying
The flush valve is a reliable and affordable solution for fixing running toilet issues. Many customers found it easy to install without a plumber, and it effectively stops the tank from continuously filling after a flush. However, some noted that the included parts did not fully match their existing toilet setup, requiring additional purchases. Overall, with the right installation, the valve works well and restores the toilet to like-new operation.

Would RecommendPerfect replacement. Cheap price. Works exactly as intended.
Perfect Fit
Would RecommendPerfect fit for a Mansfield toilet. Easy to install. The bottom locking nut requires a wide mouth crescent wrench (preferred) or a wide mouth channel lock plier to remove the old unit. I don't recommend going to far beyond hand tight when installing the new locking nut. Try not to use the pliers.
Economical replacement for Mansfield flush valves
Would RecommendAfter 17 years, the top screw cap broke off of the Mansfield 210 flush valve in my house. I was thrilled to find that Lowe's had this aftermarket replacement in stock for low cost. This valve fits and works just like the original part without the original part price. Very pleased.
Flush Valve
Would RecommendFits Mansfield toilet and works perfectly! Old valve had push-on stop that kept popping off, letting water hit underside of lid and making a mess; this valve has a screw-on stop.
Flush valve
Would Not RecommendThis item is great for repairing a certain issue. There is a part on this item that you can’t purchase separately and the is the screw on top knob where the fill hose inserts
Great device, highly reccomend
Would RecommendI bought a house with four toilets recently and was dealing with leaking flapper style flush valves every other month. In my last house, the toilets all used this type of flush valve and I only had to deal with them once a year. That was to replace the red rubber seal at the bottom. VERY EASY to do. PLUS, if you cover the rubber seal with some wax from a toilet wax ring, they last even longer.
Great guess on what was wrong with my towlett
Would RecommendMy water was running constantly and I ended up replacing both my flush valve first, but it ended up being my fill valve.
best
Would RecommendThis is the best I’ve found, after years of replacing flapper valves on a regular basis, I desided on trying this design. It’s been in my toilets for a few years now and haven’t had to replace the first seal, no more leaky valves and replacing flapper valves every 6 months to a year. I had to tear down the tank to replace the old flapper valve system but it was worth it.
Poor Value
Would Not RecommendIt is good enough in the sense that it works, but there are flush values that are easier/smoother than this one that would be a better value even if it's a few more dollars.
Perfect for the Job
Would RecommendThe Manchester toilet is an odd toilet. Totally stunned by the operation when I checked the tank on my mother's leaking toilet. Found the appropriate replacement for the "flapper" at Lowe's. With the aid of a YouTube video, the toilet is humming along again.
Look for other options
Would Not RecommendStays open too long & doesn't seal well. Otherwise works fine.
Worked great!
Would RecommendThis replaced the old one perfectly. The one thing I would change would be to add a small piece of chain to hook to the handle if needed for flushing.
Time to replace after 16 years
Would RecommendMansfield's designs are a little different from other companies but they work great and last long. Easy to replace for anyone who is halfway handy. Takes about 30 - 45 minutes to replace. Probably a little longer if it's your first time. You might even curse a little bit. If you have limited space to work in, hire a pro. Otherwise, save some money and do-it-yourself.

A bit too soon to tell
Would RecommendWell, I'm responding to Lowes request for a review. The part hasn't failed in the two weeks since I installed it. Seriously though, it was inexpensive, and it was easy to install - as easy as that part gets since no mater what you have to remove the toilet tank.
Close to original
Would RecommendThis valve appears to be the same as the original but isn't. Its design allows more water per flush than the original. The reason I bought this valve was for the red gasket on the bottom, which isn't offered separately. I removed the original gasket and used the one from the new valve. That took about 2 minutes, vs. removing the tank and replacing the whole valve. I had two toilets fail and was able to obtain the gasket alone for the second toilet elsewhere, at considerably less expense. I also ...
Easy to Install
Would RecommendI prefer the flapper style flush valve because then you can just replace the flapper when it goes bad, which is a lot less work. My toilet however had this style flusher in it when we bought the house and I was told by the employee at Lowes that I had to put the same thing back in the toilet. Once I got the old guts to my tank out, which was a bit of a task, I found installing the new parts were fairly simple. Flush valve works perfectly.
