Best smoker/grill combo

I’ve seen a few negative reviews of the Pit Boss combo pellet/gas grill. I freaking love it. I’ve used both the smoker and grill several times each and the results were stellar. Smoker keeps temp within 3 degrees of desired temp throughout the cook. The grill cranks up to 750, great for those big fat rib eyes. I’ve owned many grills in my life and 2 other smokers. Works Perfectly

I have now had this unit a few months and cooked on each side of it multiple times. The functionality is exactly as advertised. It heats up quickly, maintains an even cooking temperature and imparts just the right amount of smoke to the meat. The App is a little touchy, but with the manual controls on the unit, it is more of a novelty for me anyway. Warrantied parts not available

Initially happy with the smoker but after two years, the circuit board went bad in my smoker. The warranty would cover my replacement circuit board. I called the support line and a replacement board was confirmed by the team and ordered. Three months later and the replacement board is on BACK ORDER. Three months is a bit ridiculous. Durable, techie grill. Smoke and propane FTW.

Great Product. Well constructed and came assembled from Lowe's. A few pieces were not properly tightened in the assembly process, so I would suggest giving the grill a once over before use to make sure all parts are properly installed.

Waiting on replacement controller since Aug

Let me start off by saying that the general quality of the grill itself seems very good. I got the combo pellet smoker, gas grill as a Father's Day gift in June. I used the smoker two time and during the second use, it quit maintaining temp. I called customer support and they said it was the igniter and sent me a new one. To install any component on the pellet smoker you have to disassemble the whole pellet control center. I put in the new igniter and that didn't solve the problem. Called ...

Made of some kind of cheese metal hybrid. I returned mine after seeing this at a neighbors backyard party. Is there a metal called Chineseium?

So Far So Good

Love the versatility of the pellet smoker and the option to use the gas grill in one unit. Love the smoker! Smokes great while not being too smoky. Temp seems to be pretty accurate.

Issues not with product but with Lowes

Product came preassembled, ordered to be assembled here. It looks like they dragged it off the floor. Multiple huge scratches. Missing parts, loose parts, no use manual. Dents and covered in dust.
