Awesome training !!

Ive used petsafe wireless system for over 2 years now, and love it. We have one dog who loves to wonder, and a 2 year old, now 4, who knew no boundaries when we got him. A complete lifesaver for both. And when the batteries get low, they are still nervous to go beyond the boundary, love it and have recommended this product to many. Thank you!

Wonderful!!

We've had this for almost 3 years now. We have a beagador who is 45 pounds and this product works great. I've never had to worry about him being outside alone. People walk by and of course he barks but he never goes near his end zone, even when the neighborhood cats lay right over the boundary line (they all know his limits by now). We live on the corner of a semi-busy neighborhood too and I feel safe with this.. qs long as he has his collar on he dont knos its off if we lose power. Fully recom...

Great deterrent without digging up the yard.

This is perfect for our strong willed Lab. He was trained quickly. I wish there were a way to change the shape from circle to oval. I would like to let our dog have full use of our yard, but that would allow him in the neighbors because of the circular shape.

Righted a Wrong

I bought the wireless collar back in March. My collar stopped working. I called support and they are sending me out a new collar. Just good old fashion simple great customer service.

Collar went put without any notice l. Previously red light would blink when battery was low. Shocked the living heck out of our 3 year old dog after no warning of a faulty device or low battery. Mom and kids were in tears from our dog screaming, shaking and whimpering. Eighbors witnessed as well.. This is our second collar. They don't last.

Waterproof and Reliable

We have had this system for over 3 years and has only failed us when we failed to replace batteries or charge collars (we added an additional collar that was not battery operated). We use this system at our lake, and on multiple occasions one of my dogs has decided she wants to chase the beaver by our land and jumps in the lake and the collar is still working. Excellent product, gives us peace of mine and we trust it 100%

Heavy collar

I like how this works but my dog is 14 pounds and the collar seems heavy for him. It’s so bulky around his neck. I wish it came in different sizes.

Inconsistent, shocked my puppy

The range of this system constantly moves. I've had times when my pet is well within the "flagged zone" and gets a shock. The yelping of my Goldendoodle breaks my heart. I think we need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Did not work

Fence did not work properly - wiped out all the HF frequencies due to interference caused by the power supply. Company unresponsive to requests for help. I've called twice and emailed four times. Going to return.

Love it

I bought this system 2 months ago when I got my new puppy. I live in the country off the highway. My puppy learned real fast where the boundaries are, as soon as the beep starts she turns and goes the other way. She’s been shocked a few times from pushing it but it made her learn. Very happy with this product and money well spent. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends. Thanks Petsafe for keeping my puppy safe

Confusing...

I bought this not to long ago and just trying it out the collar will not beep when we go out of the boundary we’re aren’t sure of what’s wrong but measure out the feet perfectly somethimes it beeps very close to the transmitter and sometimes it beeps 150 feet out of the boundary. If it is the boundary we are unsure of how to get a new one. Not really worth my time.

Good product

Keeps my GSD in check, i have to replace the battery every 3 months. Had it for 2 years. Works great. At first had some issues but then i took it back a little and didn't let my dog go so close to the street and then she quit getting put. she hears the beep and she runs back to the house. Some times it lets her go a little further than its suppose to but then it kicks in.

Great fence and even better service.

I bought this 2 months ago and it has worked wonders! The dogs always stay in the yard! Also one of the collars clear piece had broken. I called them and they sent me a new one for free! The product has been great and the customer service has been even better. Very much recommend!

Easy change!

Working great. Only thing is that the boundary is not always the same in a tight area. Hard to get it set at the right setting. Nice to not have to use any wire and can change area any time. Time will tell how long it will last. Hopefully as long as we need it.

Worked for a while. there is a dead spot for some reason. dog has found it. doesn't seem to be transmitting very well in the one area. not sure why all of a sudden it does this. disappointed for what it costs. tried a new collar and reset system still doesnt work

Way easier than digging, but limited coverage.

Worth the extra cost over a ground wire system because it is simple "plug & go". My GS kept getting out, then realized she would sit right on the edge with the audible warning activate until the battery died - then run free. Lesson learned. Only complaint - yards are typically not square - cannot locate hub in out building, garage, or shed. A weatherproof option would be ideal for deeper / rectangular properties.

Great!

We’ve had those for a few years now and it ha slept our Siberian Husky out of lots of trouble with the neighbors! She listens so much better and stays around the house. We just recently got another husky and we’re thinking about purchasing another collar but I wasn’t sure if you could have multiple dogs with this system?

Fantastic fence

We have had this system for 6 years and it is amazing. We even brought it with us to our new home when we moved and it works wonderfully. Completely portable. Never had any problems at all. Just make sure you replace the batteries in the collars once they start to show a blinking light. Wonderful product, reasonable, very easy to set up and keeps our dogs in. Nice system that has a variable level of electric shook if dogs don't listen to the beeping tone at the boundary. Only takes a coupl...

It works

My only complaint is that the transmitter on the collar needs to be built stronger. I have a beagle that can destroy one of these a year. The battery just won’t stay in.
