Great product, great price!

This system worked great for our dog! She learned in a day! And was so much cheaper then quotes I was getting for systems with buried lines.

I like it but needs some improvements

Needs to keep shocking the dog once it has went out of the zone instead of stopping once they get so far out of the zone!

Love! Only one con!

We bought this system back in Dec 2021 and we love it! Only problem we are now having is that the collar will no longer connect and the box keeps turning itself off! Reached out to customer service, so hopefully will hear something back soon!

Takes the stress out of owning outside dogs!

I am beyond impressed with the Petsafe Wireless fence. We have had it for a year and a half for our two dogs. Love the fact that they got used to the boundaries very quickly and have learned to love their play area. I take them to my parents’ house occasionally and its great to be able to carry it with me. They know their boundaries at both places so well that I don’t remember the last time they got shocked. This really takes the stress out of owning outside dogs!

Not for high energy dogs

I have a 3yo lab/retriever/collie mix that is very high energy. I bought this product so I could keep him off the busy road that I live on. However the battery life lasts on the collar about 2 weeks. Even fully charged there isn't enough energy to make the dog change his mind about running off. He has decided to run off 3 times in the last 2 months. As I am currently writing this, I am still waiting to hear from anyone about his whereabouts.

Great solution!

We have a 75lb golden doodle Who wouldn’t stay in our yard. Loved to visit neighbours. We bought this unit amd it didn’t take long to train him. Works perfect. Keeps him in the yard and he neber pushes the boundaries. Stays well within the perimeter. Would like it to have a slightly bigger perimeter, likely should have went with the wires system, but this was so easy to setup.

Box shorting out

I purchased my first wireless pet containment system approximately 4 yrs ago. It worked great for about 3yrs. Then the box would work intermittently and then just stopped working. We noticed the outlet was charred where it was plugged into. A friend of mine gave me hers about a year ago since she no longer needed it and now this system is only working intermittently. It has even shocked my dog inside the house. I am very frustrated that this has happened twice now. These systems are not cheap. N...

This is our first electric dog fence. The unit came in one piece - ready to use. It takes a little time to set up the boundaries - you'll need to decide the distance you want your dog to travel and use the boundary dial on the unit to increase or decrease the travel areas - then walk your property and place the boundary flags. Fantastic and Long Lasting

I have had my Wireless Pet Containment system for almost 14 years now. I have 3 dogs that use it, and I rarely have any issues. The one time I had my pit bull run through it, was because there was a rabbit running across the street. He broke through, and was back rather quickly. So it does work, and work fabulously! This is a great system! We have used it for 6 years and bought a new one for a different house. Works great and not nearly as costly as an underground system.
