Should've bought it sooner!

I have a massive German Shepherd who is extremely energetic. Recently our neighbors got a dog and every time we would let ours out he would bolt to the neighbors house. We eventually had to start taking Luke out on a leash anytime he needed to go out. Great fence

We love this fence for our dog. We can take it with us when visiting family so our dog can roam outside wherever. Our dog learned how the fence works within 1 day of use and he has worked well with it for 2 years since. We recommended it to family who also purchased. Man and Dog's Best Friend

My poor guy went to doggie jail after gettng out of our fenced backyard on several occasions. I bought this system and now we can enjoy time with him in both the front and back yard without him wandering away. Great my dog learned the 2nd day

My dog learned the 2nd day did the training just like it said and he only tested it on the 2nd day. He now runs free all around the house and he knows how far he can go. This is the 2nd week we have had it and we took up the flags now and he still knows how far he can go. You will not be sorry if you buy this.

This product is amazing!

I bought this system one week ago. I have two 60 lb dogs that are using the fence. The set up takes about an hour. You can shorten or lengthen the perimeter by moving the transmitter around your house. As recommended, I avoided metal objects. I found the perfect place and then put up the flags. I followed the step by step instructions for dog training but then just did it my way. They did not seemed phased by just the tone so I skipped that setting and went to the levels that my dogs reacted to....

It's sensative but easy to setup

This was very easy to setup and was very quick. That is the plus. The negative would be the little flags are on plastic sticks so if your ground is hard, you are not getting them in the ground. Also, it is very sensitive. It says in the instructions to not put the box by any metal objects because it could affect the range. Works Great

It works great but you really have to work with your dogs in the beginning to learn the warning, but after that its a real dog life saver. My australian shepard was so fast he would run through it but it has worked great on everything else.

Disappointed

I am disappointed in Lowes and this product! I ordered on line. When I reviewed my order in the email Lowes sent, several items were missing with no explanation. I emailed customer service to ask why, they replied that they were happy to cancel my order! I asked why they would cancel, the reply was your order wasn't canceled. I purchased this product for a dog who was used to a conventional wired invisible fence. I set it up and put the collar on the dog, walked him around the border. He learned his boundary right a way. I would recommend it to a friend, it is supper easy to set up and my dog is happy.

Disappointed

We have had nothing but difficulties with this product. When we started initial set-up the beeping sound was not consistent with the diameter and never corrected in one corner of the yard (there wasn't anything metal either). If we limited the distance so that the correction would work, he couldn't even walk through our very small house without getting beeped at and as we set it higher it would again fail to correct. Best money I've ever spent on my dogs!!!

I bought this system 3 years ago for my 2 yr old husky, an incredible escape artist, but also the quickest, most agile runner. Once he got out, you could never catch him. Good reliable product

I have had the wireless system for almost eight years on my dog. She learned her boundaries and is very good, even when she really wants to follow me when I walk down the street, or there is another dog walking by who she needs to greet. She stays put. Pretty good

I am happy with this system. It is portable and that is what I like the most. The battery dies pretty early though so, get a replacement battery in the beginning when trying to train on the system. I am glad that I have this to confine my active schnoodle! She has responded very well on just a level 2 setting.

Our dog NEVER stayed home. Hes a beagle. now he goes outside but knows his boundaries!! hes no longer in the road or almost getting hit several times a day. we have tried other products and they just didn't do it for this type of dog.

Product injured my dog

I bought this product because of the many glowing reviews. However, it shocks my dog constantly when she is no where near the perimeter. In fact when she is standing near the unit. She is scared of the collar now and spent several days under the bed.
