Does not lock together as advertised. Keeps coming apart.

Defective

I have been doing flooring for a long time .I am a professional contractor and licensed.The flooring fell apart as it was being installed and Lowe’s did nothing.

Check all of the planks after opening the box

The flooring did not snap together as easily as other brands that I've use. The assembly was right to left as opposed to other brands that are left to right, once it was all together it was ok and looked fine. One box had a blemish on a plank and had to be placed under the refrigerator in order to hide it and an other box had a plank that was constructed totally opposite all of the other planks, the male and female ends were on the wrong ends of the plank which made it not usable.

Poor quality

The look of this LVP seems elegant. As it was being installed, the actual quality is very poor with so many defective surface areas.The planks were overly flimsy and very rough surface to walk on. I have seen the same color purchased at other distributors without the rough feel. Our contractor had to have the material to finish the job as their schedule was very tight. Overall I like it. It looks better on the floor than the display. I am happy with it.

A bit temperamental.

This flooring replaced Champagne oak which I found to be durable and easy to lock together. The core material of this product is not as durable in my opinion and too many times it won't lock in when tipped, requiring hitting it in with tools which can risk cracking the tongue edge. It makes less mess cutting than the discontinued version, but definitely is more temperamental.

1 star for screw ups on a major scale. not Pergo

I live in Niantic, CT. The local Lowes did not carry the particular flooring I wanted so I had to special order it. The sales people were all swamped, so I ordered online at home. Dont waste your time

Poor quality feom pergo. Lack of quality control, planks defective , dont lock well. They scuff easy and scratch easy. I will never use pergo again. No help from pergo, lowes did help.

great looking tile....the seams are almost seamless...they clearly are very close together...the flooring is first rate...the vinyl is thick and looks great

Not easy installation

Flooring looks great but so hard to get seams locked in together compared to other LVP floors. Get one side together and the end has a gap or vice versa. Very frustrating to install
