Every time I call Lowe's for help it hangs up on me when the robot transfers me to a person. I have ordered over $6,000 in products to replace flooring and I can't get ahold of anyone to ask about the order.
Not well made
I bought $5000 worth of flooring. It was a nightmare from box one. At least two pieces from each box was chipped on the side or missing the tongue and groove. After spending four days on one room, and hiring two different companies to put it in, we finally checked the boards and some of them did not have even edges. There was a slope of 10 degrees from one side of edge to the other. Would not recommend unless you want to over pay and waste a lot of material.
Don't do it!
This flooring was awful to install! We've installed floors before and this stuff took 3x-4x as long, getting even one plank to sit right in the middle of the floor was a pain and there were many frustrated words said. It was almost impossible to go around doorways and under kitchen cabinets, we had to cut the doorways up a lot higher than we wanted, but by then we were committed.
