Scratches so easily

The product looks nice but scratches easily. I called and asked about it with the company and the agent just read a warranty that was so unhelpful. Basically if it gets scratched it’s because it’s your fault and you did something wrong which isn’t covered under warranty. Makes no sense, not scratch proof. I’ve bought cheaper vinyl with better scratch coating

Great features

We really loved the color style etc. I have to thank the staff at the Wapakoneta, OH because the two did a GREAT job explaining the difference in types/ styles fit my needs. Unfortunately I ended up buying from a store in Avon, IN where I live and they were FAR FROM HELPFUL! I had to ask for assistance twice and still didn’t get any any.Thank goodness the Ohio staff were amazing or I would’ve bought the wrong type. Don’t wast your time with this product.

My experience with this product was extremely sub-par. We had a team of 4, 3 of us had experience with vinyl flooring install in the past. It took us a total of 17 hours to install 28 packs at around 475 sq.ft. We watched the official Pergo DuraCraft install video to ensure we knew how this product worked and what to expect. Installed on top of a 6mil polyethylene vapor barrier on top of the concrete slab as the manufacturer stated to keep within warranty. We have never had this much difficult...

Looks excellent

This flooring is exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased with the finished results.

Panels do not match samples

Does not look like the samples in the store. The finish is nice and not slick. But the design is far off from the samples. The actual panels have many dark tree knots that the samples do not have. Disappointed and in contact with customer service to find a remedy.

Excellent Service

I was in Lowes and was approached by one of the workers named Leeanne. She was excellent. Even though the store didn't have everything I wanted at that store, she made it so the other stores sent the flooring to the store and then sent it to me. She walked be through every step of the process and when I went back, she continued to take care of anything I needed. Excellent service. Excellent attitude! Excellent worker!

Nice flooring

We bought this exact flooring about a year ago. We needed a few more boxes to complete the whole project. The quality we got this time seems a little less rugged then the first go around. But hoping not as the other flooring has held up beautifully. It does show footprints and water dripping on very easily so it does need cleaned more often to look nice.

Great purchase

I like the color and how steady it feels. My house is long and narrow so it makes it difficult to pick colors out for decorating purposes. But with this type and color of flooring the house looks bigger and cleaner. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for something modern yet cozy and easy to clean specially if you have pets like I do.
