Pretty well made fan

Overall it is a nice fan and moves well. It is quiet and did not really need any extra balancing. The instructions for installation could have been a little better and they included only pictures and hardly any verbiage. It took a little time to figure out what hardware went where. Fortunately for me I was able to replace an existing fan, so I did not need to make any changes to the ceiling. Nice fan for enclosed porch!

Very nice fan! Fairly easy to install. Put it on an enclosed porch. Nice rustic farmhouse look. I really like the frosted light. The remote works well. Nice features. Fan blades are really big so they move a lot of air.

Looks Awesome, but....

It definitely looks Awesome, but this has to be the most difficult fan that I've ever installed! So to be clear, the wiring itself is normal. However, installing the fan to the ceiling was the challenge! The wires are plenty long enough to suspend the fan from a 2 foot downrod... I used the shortest downrod. The problem is that the fan controller (for the Remote Control) gets hidden in the mounting bracket which attaches to the workbox where the electricity gets hooked up. So,you have 3 electric...

Quiet Elegance

You can choose to install the blades so it shows as a dark wood tone or just plain matte black. We elected to go with the wood tone, which looks great with this fan. Installation was really simple and straightforward. It moves quite a bit of air around, which is great. Would highly recommend if this is the look you're going for in a ceiling fan.

Beautiful stylish fan

Beautiful bronze color. Well packaged to avoid damage. Fan blades and components are sturdy. Light is different but matches the style of the fan. Can’t wait for my husband to install it.

Difficult to put together

It's difficult to put together, the instructions are only pictures and some of the pictures are not the correct product. The fan works well, but the light isn't very bright.

Love the look of this fan! It can move a lot of air and is very quite. Only negative (which is why it got 4stars) is that it doesn't provide much light, the LED light for this fan is not very bright.

Love this fan!! It’s whisper quiet and moves air really well even at about half power. I don’t generally like having a separate remote— with kids those things just tend to get turned into toys and lost or broken. Even so, the mount that comes with this is great and convenient. Aesthetically beautiful but confusing install

Overall this is a beautiful fan that my wife absolutely loves and performance wise it is great - very quiet even at max speed. The only reason I knocked off a star is for the install. I’ve installed a lot of fans and I had to double back and check instructions numerous times to figure out the logic of some of the steps. One step in particular is the assembly cover being bolted up before wiring the fan with the next step telling you to remove the cover and wire the fan. Last that made me do d...

Fan upgrade to remote with light and timer.

I replaced a perfectly good, working, name brand fan with this one. I wanted remote control and like the larger span of the eight blades. The Oil Rubbed Bronze finish and also worked a bit better for the study than the old one. This worked with my double switch so that I can turn on the light from the wall or the remote. The timer and LED features allow for economy, if I leave the room and forget about it.

Poor instructions but still a nice stylish fan

I was disappointed in the installation instructions, very limited text, mostly poor illustrations. There are some steps of the assembly that would have been easier if it was known which step it was. I don't think this would be a good fan for a beginner. Past that, the fan is very nice looking and works as it should. I was skeptical in ordering this fan because I have never heard of the Parrot name brand in ceiling fans. But because of its 60 inch size, 8 blades and simple elegance, I decided to get it.
