My order is showing delivered and my order number is all 0s and everytime I call your customer service number they just tell me they can’t get in contact with their vendor. This was a waste of money. I’m just going to cancel it from my credit card company!

Defective Product

Would Not Recommend

The operation of the Ceiling Fan entirely depends on an electronic unit that is controlled by the Remote. This unit has a defect. A momentary power outage (power surge) renders this unit inoperable. The light works, however, the fan does not respond to the Remote Buttons .The only way to reset this unit is to recycle power. Tripping the Fuse in the fuse box. This should raise a serious concern on the longevity of the device.

Would Recommend

This fan is very quiet and works great. However, difficult to assemble. Assembly guide is difficult to follow. I had to watch youtube videos of people assembling similar fans from the same maker to finally finish mine.

Stylish high quality fan

This fan is extremely quick and easy to install and fits on many different ceiling types, i have a vaulted ceiling and it was no problem to install. I love the three light settings it has it provides optimal lighting for any occasion or setting. The fan itself looks amazing in my living room and the amount of air it circulates with its eight blades is very good while remaining extremely quiet.
