Poor Service

Lowes installation service has moved install appointment 3 times via text which comes through at 12:45 AM. This isn't the first poor experience I've experienced with Lowe's installation but will be my last business transaction with Lowe's. Canceled installation and returning product after waiting over 6 weeks and suggested installation would've taken 2 months if able to install. Was told this was subed out to Angie's list, will never either Lowe's or Angie's for anything.

Motor runs then syopsy

Ordered 6 so far and only 1 works. No help from the manufacturer. Motor starts and run then stops does it 3 times and then completely stops.

Ok Fan....TERIBLE Instruction

The fan looks nice once installed. Air flow is mediocre at best. The instructions to install are about 2 pages of picutes that do not really resemble the parts in the box. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and figured it out...I will say it's the most challenging ceiling fan I've ever installed....and there have been dozens over the years.

Good fan

It’s a high quality fan, it’s quiet when on and provides good airflow. I replaced an old fan so installation wasn’t much trouble. Really like the 6 different speeds and remote.

Stylish, powerful, and quiet!

I’m really impressed with this ceiling fan. It cools our large room quickly and runs super quiet. The rustic wood blades and oil-rubbed bronze finish look beautiful and add a farmhouse touch. The remote is convenient for adjusting speed, light, and direction. Easy to use, energy-efficient, and great airflow—highly recommend!

Poor Quality Control

The fan arrived in time but the hardware to install the fan blades and the arms were missing. Figured this after I already took off the old fan and partially put this new one. Contacted the manufacturer, they do not answer calls. Email is the only way to correspond. Got a reply back that the hardware is back ordered and it will take 10+ days to ship. Planning on returning this.

The fan has a strong wind, low noise, and bright lights. It's very convenient to have a remote control. It's a fantastic product that I would recommend it

Solid 60 inch ceiling fan with non-dimmable light.

Nice looking 60 inch fan with 6 speeds and a non-dimmable led light. It appears to be a solid fan. Biggest issue was poor installation instructions. It seems to move enough air and was well balanced from the factory.

Really love this fan! The windmill style with the dark blades and bronze finish gives my room a cool, rustic vibe. It moves air really well and is super quiet. The LED light is bright enough without being too harsh. Totally happy with how it turned out!

Parrot Uncle fan needs some redesign

Do not buy this fan. The receiver is humongous. Therefore, it's a pain to install if it can be done at all. I'm returning this message. I can't believe the receiver is not integrated or at least smaller.

Product not what is represented

I purchased the fan and was informed by Lowe's that a longer down rod (24 inches) would be available in the store. That was not true and I had to order the part from the manufacturer...in China. The part, just a 1 inch rod, was an additional $60 and it took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. Lowe's agents would not assist with my issue nor would they help with getting the part I needed. Nice fan. However, there are about 14 different wire connections that are required to install. Could be alleviated with pre wire and snap into the connection. Live and learn.

Love this fan!! It's whisper quiet and moves air really well. This beautiful satin nickel windmill ceiling fan with a remote control with the battery and the mount that comes with this is great and convenient. The fan has 6 fan speed settings, which is nice. The light is very low profile with a 3000K LED light kit, and the 8 blades make this a very interesting design. Overall, the fan is nice looking and works as it should.
