Those were not WiFi enabled but ran straight off battery power and “on unit” programming. Would Not RecommendBought 2 in late summer, stored them properly in Oct (NC climate). Pulled them out in spring—one leaks badly, the other won’t turn on at all. Only used for part of one season. Very disappointed in the quality. Expected better durability from Orbit. the plastic attachments to hoses should be metal.

Great timers
These timers are very easy to set and work beautifully. I have used them for about 5 months now with the same set of batteries. These have been worth the money to me.
Restricts flow reducing watering coverage, no CS
Would Not RecommendThe inlet is restrictive and reduces flow significantly this reduces coverage of your sprinklers by 50% or more. Then when you reach out to their customer "service" you have to answer a 35 question survey gathering your data to sell and then when the rep comes on they verify each of the 35 questions you just answered. Beware does not work with Gen 1 Hub
Would RecommendI have had what is now referred to as Gen 1 hose bibb timers and a Gen 1 Wifi hub for years. I purchased this BHyve hose end timer last weel and was surprised to learn that I could only use Bluetooth with it and needed to purchase a Gen 2 hub in order to manage with Wifi. Very disappointed in Orbit for changing Wifi protocol. Otherwise it works fine, but for now I am only doing Bluetooth until I can afford another hub
