Super easy setup!

This thing has been a lifesaver!

leaks thru bottom of timer

bought a year ago, used for summer, put away for winter, took out this spring, leaks through the bottom.

Product is amazing but the staff give you amazing costumer service, they were looking to help me, i shop at other stores that are similar, lowes really hit it out the park with their costumer service

Never Received delivered to wrong address

ordered item, they delivered to wrong address. my house numbers are clearly visible from the street and it is on both sides of mailbox 2 inches big. You have to to be blind to not see them. Found out, they use Uber for deliveries. I have been on hold 30 minutes now trying to get this corrected.

At one month, working well.

Using the phone app is easier to program my choices. Making changes to the proramed settings w/o my phone is a problem Bluetooth seems be good at 10 feet.

Plastic Junk

The bluetooth and functionality of this unit was fantastic, however, the unit is cheaply made. All the hose fitting are plastic as well the inlet. I used the unit all summer to great success but when it was time to take it off and store it the inlet actually snapped when I was undoing one of the hose connections. I cannot and will not recommend this unit just due to that fact. It cost $80 and at that price point it should be built to a higher quality with brass fittings.

I always request email receipt, not getting them

Hating the fact that Lowes gets these dang review emails to me right away, but has not delivered a single requested email receipt in 2025

Questionable Quality

I bought two of these last month. On one of them port two wouldn’t close after opening which resulted in my well pump running overnight. Returned it and Lowe’s replaced with no problem. After about a week the replacement has the exact same malfunction. (Port 2 will not close when the program finishes.) Headed back for another exchange.

Stellar, smart water and controller

This has been a game changer for our water no longer do we have to sneak out to turn the water on and off early in the morning we can now set a timer and let it control itself.

Wished I had this one years ago.

My old timer died and I had to get a new one. This one was a tad higher price than another brand but it had a blue tooth interface. I am so glad I got it. Setting it up was so easy to program. When I went to test out the connections, the app on my phone had a test function for each station. No kneeling down and trying to push the right buttons and looking at the display.
