Unreliable

We have now owned 3 of these (orbit keeps replacing them). In all 3, one of the ports will not shut off and thus drains our well as we set these to run over night to water our lawn. Very unrelaible.

I tried setting it up from my phone but hit a glitch and wouldn't let me proceed. I text back and forth with the help desk. In the end it was suggested I manually set it. Once set it works well. Would recommend

This, combined with the bluetooth hub, is working very well to water our newly planted trees at a vacation home.

Constantly replacing batteries...

I've had this for over a year and the first season was great and I only replaced the batteries once. This season, I've had it set up just 2 months and I've been replacing the batteries weekly. I tried troubleshooting online but can only find it may be update related. Don't bother with this one.

Works great as long as long as your phone (Bluetooth) is within range. Requires a B-hyve WIFI hub ( Lowes) to set up for internet operation

3rd Spring

What you WANT TO KNOW...Does it last? Well, this is my 3rd spring with the same b-hyve digital timer and it has worked great. We put it away in the middle of fall until spring but have it up from late spring to middle of fall. Still works the exact same as I left it, so I just attach the hoses and run the programs. Everything works as it should.

Product did not work, Customer Service jerked me around for an hour and wanted to keep putting me on hold multiple times. Return to store, will not buy their products.

Good unit, but do a reset if it does not work ok.

Learned that you may have to reset this item if it will not let you fix a set up problem.

Great timer, missing connectivity

This hose timer is well-built, and works great. there's a reassuring "clunk" when an outlet turns on or off, indicating that the plumbing inside is sturdy. Sadly, the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features SUCK. I downloaded the app to my Android phone,but it is unable to find the timer. BLUETOOTH: Does not work. The Bluetooth symbol on the timer display is flashing, indicating it is trying to pair, and Bluetooth is enabled on my phone (known to work -- I can make phone calls using my car radio). But th...

Easy to install, easy to program.

Easy to install and program via blue tooth. Automates the watering of my new area that the original sprinkler system did not cover. I don’t have to pull the hose out every evening. I attached it to 100 feet of drip tubing in annual bed. You can add a hub that will connect it to your internet connection so you can connect to it remotely. Reasonably priced.
