By using this product we don't have a issue with pests in or outside the house.

Effective product, unfortunately the battery powered sprayer does not work properly. This is the second bottle purchased this year...both had the same issue. The automatic spray nozzle does not allow the product to flow consistently. I would recommend the product with a manuel pump.

Doesn't appear to kill bugs

I've used this product for several years. The most recent product doesn't seem to be as effective in killing bugs even when sprayed directly on them.

big improvement over the old hand pump type. they didn't work at all. Home this one keep working.

Works great!

Kills spiders found a black widow belly the next morning after spraying it at night. Good for ants too.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money on this. I bought it because there was a promotion to get a free refill with purchase. But that was a big mistake. I have sprayed this stuff directly on earwigs, rolly pollies, beatles, and spiders and they just keep crawling. The only thing that it seemed to kill on contact if I sprayed enough of it was the little black ants. But if you spray enough on anything on the little ants it gonna drown them out. Should fix a and problem

A friend of mine recomended this for the problem I am having with ants getting into my house. So far they stopped coming in!

Always knew that Home Defense was the most effective insect spray, but the Max wand enables me to spray my whole foundation in record time without hurting my hand, Love it!

Ortho Home Defense Max Insect Killer

I've been using this product for a couple of years now and it gets the job done without leaving stains or odors. And it is reasonably priced. I like the battery powered sprayer also.

Have used for years

Works great! Really like the new battery operated pump model. A little heavy but ok. Spray completly around outside of house. Then spray inside around pipes and anywhere you see bugs. Then wait for them to die off.

It worked.

Ants were finding their way into my bedroom and crawling on the walls. I couldn't find the exact spot where they were getting inside. After trying a couple of home remedies that didn't work, I caved and bought Ortho Home Defense Max Wand and sprayed the cement foundation where it meets the brick. The max wand worked very well.
