Doesn't work!

And this photo was taken minutes after spraying Home Defense. So it says 12 months it doesn't last 12 minutes! Very disappointed!!!

Great Stuff!!!

I use this once or twice a month and it is great. In summer months a use twice a month to keep the ants out. I use to pay for an exterminator, wasted money. I will always use Home Defense, works better than anything else I have used. I sprayed it inside my garage and found a dead mouse as well. Cannot say it works on mice, but did find one after an application. Great stuff!!

Amazing!

I don't think I have ever reviewed a product from lowes, but this product was so impressive I felt like I had to. As I am typing this, there are hundreds of ladybugs and kudzu bugs flying at my home. We live next to a soybean field, and pests have become a huge problem. I HATE using chemicals, but these bugs were crawling through every crack and crevice to get into our house and it was driving me crazy. I bought two of these. The first was DOA (spit spit). The second died about half way through. One would expect better life

Think twice

I bought this on a value of the day sale and have mixed results at best, since I see insect activity after the spray. If you manage to spray directly on some insect, then results are better. Since I have it, I'll continue to spray until I use it all up, but will think twice before purchasing.

Never fails me

This is the best product I've found. Works every time, easy to use with the wand, the smell doesn't knock you over like others I've used. I can always count on this product to take care of insect issues and it delivers exactly what it advertises. It lasts a long time in between uses, just like it states. I have recommended Home Defense to many family members and friends. I like the new refill option, too, at a lower price.

Great for indoor use

I have purchased this product previously, several years ago. It is great to use both indoors and out. i buy it primarily to use inside to help keep bug "issues" from happening. The sprayer is easy to use and is battery powered so there is no pumping required. It dries quickly inside so It's safe for pets - just keep them locked up for about an hour. Kills Pests Instantly

We really have no pest issues in the house itself, but for some reason, an entire country of cockroaches must have taken up residence deep in the walls of our garage. Almost every other day, we'd find one and kill it, but one more than one occasion, the little pests would get away from us. Iowa Insects

The Ortho brand has always been great, I just sprayed along all of my foundation of my house and detached garage inside and outside. I haven't seen any bugs lately which is good. The only thing I wish was different about this product is the feature/design of the actual sprayer because it is battery operated and I would rather have a manual pump.

Good idea/Bad idea

Paid a few extra dollars for a battery powered wand. (have arthritis in both hands) Tried to use it, only spit out some liquid and quit. Changed batteries and same. The product just doesn't come out! Well, I tried every which way until I ran out of batteries. Had to buy a $5.00 one and replace wand. Now I have swollen hands that hurt. Would not recommend paying extra for frustration!!!

As advertised

Phenomenal product! I used it to kill the ants entering my home. Not only did it take care of the ants but the slides as well! Great product and easy to use. Battery powered spray means no pumping, just point and shoot. I sprayed my whole foundation twice and have plenty left over.

Waste of money

This didn't help at all! I still have an ant issue and had to hire pest control. Thank you Lowes for buying such a "reliable" product.

Absolutely worthless

My husband and I purchase this product for fleas. We have an indoor cat who never goes outside. There are feral cats that come up to our porch at night. We believe this is how we came to have fleas. My husband sprayed as directed, did not help. Sprayed again, again did not help. We are beginning to think we received a bad batch. With all the wonderful reviews we thought this would work. NOT at all. It is as if we sprayed water. Don't waste your money, your time or your family and pets ...

This stuff is useless.

I sprayed this on a trail of ants trying to gain access to my screened back porch. It didn't phase them. Is it supposed to have an extremely delayed time to work, or is it just plain useless?
