Tightend as much as possible and still wont close my gate

Heavy Duty Spring

Nice looking and sturdy gate spring

I can't attest to its function because I need a different size. I will get the same brand because of its quality though! It's finished in a gloss black enamel of high Quality and seems corrosive proof!

Wish we'd added a spring years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added this spring to our backyard gate that the grand kids constantly left open allowing the dog to sneak out. Spring installation is straightforward and easy, allows for tension adjustment which we played with a little to get just right. It works very well and I like the lower tension for a slower smoother close. The black finish goes well with hinges and latch we've just replaced.

East install

Simple solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having to alway shutting the back gate because when the grandchildren come over they seem to always forget inside happen to find a simple solution to my problem. The gate spring was so simple to install, and with the convenient way to adjust its tension on the spring I can get the get to automatically close as fas or as slow as I need it to. It is black coated to match the other gate hardware. The perfect solution

It seems to be stronger than most springs I have seen in the past. I would highly recommend it to any one looking to replace a spring.

Nice closure

It seems pretty sturdy. So far it has been fairly simple to install and works well. I may add another just to help the gate close better. I’ve always liked the brand.

It was easy to install and blended into my current fence color well. The spring on it is still new so make sure that you are ready for the force that your gate closes at first. Other than that it is a great product.
