Bricked after an update

I loved this Hotspot. However, after an update that was automatically pushed by netgear or the service provider my hotspot became inoperable. It cycles through a bootloop and then turns off. I've tried trouble shooting myself and with netgear support and nothing can be done. I was asked to buy a new one. Not happy that their update was forced and is the cause of the device no longer working.

So Far working well.

I live in a rural area and so far the Nighthawk is doing great.I Have had it hooked up about 2 weeks.

Great for internet

Where I live is out of a city with no way to get home internet bought and had my cell phone provider activated and now I have whole house internet and can use when I go camping

Works great

I have not lost connection since I have been using the Nighthawk. In the past my phone would drop signal often. Now I have no issues staying connected.

We’ve had it for a long time

We love the nighthawk. It’s portability. It’s consistency. We like to take it with us on the road when we need to. It is always been reliable. Definitely worth the purchase. :-)

Mr100 hotspot

When it works it works well. Unfortunately it goes down about weekly and has to be rebooted or reset. Wry annoying.

Best thing ever

Goodbye Spectrum! Easily handles all our needs for fast internet. We stream TV, have multiple security cameras and computers. Plus the portability when we travel gives us peace of mind with the VPN security.

Rural internet

We have not been able to receive internet from any place until we found this device, it has brought life to us. I gave it 4 stars bc everything is great except i wish it had antennas that came with it to reach better signals at times. I understand they are out there to buy but very confusing to understand what to buy for that reason.

I purchased this about 2 years ago, I still use it and bought a second one... M6 pro...I could not live with out them, they keep me connected to the net, I would not hesitate to buy newest model

Works better than expected!!!

I purchased this LTE model to be used on the road and in my RV camping, even though it is not the latest model, it performs exceptionally well for a family of four all streaming videos and other business and general use cases! I am quite pleased on how well it is performing and easy to use. Plus I like that Netgear partnered with Arlo so I can use the Nighthawk as a surveillance base stat for my Arlo web camera for my RV.

Handy web gadget

The Netgear Nighthawk mobile router works as promised and that says a lot for anything nowadays! We use it constantly, everywhere we go. It will be going to Alaska with us for sure!
