Love my Netgear nighthawk. When I had a net outage, it was very dependable and I can always count on it connecting me to the Internet. A very solid well built unit always on standby when needed thank you.

Battery/Device Heats up

I have had this for over a year now, and the device/battery heats up a lot. The device has good functionality. The Mobile App/Device software needs upgrade to allow for sending SMS via the SIM.

The Ease of Use is What sets this apart from other Mobile internet devices.

Does not last

Worked okay for about a year. Nothing but problems since. Have to constantly remove the battery and restart it. Battery overheats. Drops connection constantly. Sometimes you can restart it once and fix the issue sometime you have to restart it 15 times to get it to finally reset and connect.

I love my Netgear nighthawk hotspot use it all the time locating a battery for it is impossible.my battery is on the verge of exploding but I still use it I love it
