So unhappy don't buy this one!!

I purchased this a month ago to replace my 5 year old model (which still worked btw). Got it home and the decanter was broken, then this morning I get up to all the lights and no coffee! No matter what I have tried it won't brew. I wish had seen these reviews first, I would have left this on the shelf!

In my almost 90 years of life, I have finally found a coffee maker that REALLY works. Bought this coffee maker 1 month ago....It works so much better than the other Mr.Coffee that we had,,,which died unexpectedly last month. The coffee taste even better than it did before. Over flows

Would Not Recommend

From day one it over flows allows grounds to get in the coffee. Bought a reusable filter after we was told too still same issue. After 50$ I am spending 35$ and buying a HB never had any issues with them. Ya and the done beep is about 10 minutes too early.

I bought one off these and it failed within a couple months. Lights all worked but it would not brew coffee. I complained to Mr. Coffee on line and was plesantly surprised that I received an email apologizing for my problems and to inform me that they were sending me a replacement unit. With this kind of service they definitely deserve a second chance. Thank you.

Extremely Disappointing

I always buy Mr. Coffee and was happy at first with my new coffee maker. After almost two months it stopped working. Took it back and exchanged it for a another because I liked it. A woman approached me and said don't buy it they have already had three others come back earlier today. Thinking it was a fluke I ignored her warning and went about my business. Woke up this morning lights were on but no coffee again. This one lasted almost 3 months. I am extremely disappointed with this coffee maker....

I've owned this 4 months now and except for the carafe always dripping on the first pour it makes a great cup of coffee. I wonder if the reason that others have stopped working is because they didn't run a cleaning cycle once in a while? I guess time will tell if I will still be happy with it a few years from now. Great Coffee Maker

I am not sure where to find the model number, but mine looks just like the picture here. I've had it 2 years now and have never had a problem. The coffee is still hot, I have had others that aren't hot after a year or so. I came on here to see how much a thermal carafe is as my wife works different hour than I this semester and the coffee is only warm by the time I get up.
