Wish I had known...

I wish I had known before I bought this that it does not work manually if the Motionsense fails. My faucet quit working and I replaced the batteries for the Motionsense still didnt work. There was a burning smell under my sink and the battery pack was extremely hot. Unplugged battery pack and the end of the plug was black and burnt. Moen is sending me a new faucet, but its unfortunate that this model does not work unless the Motionsense is working. You can not manually turn on the water. Going ...

Adds class to our kitchen

We bought this faucet almost a year ago and we still like it. We do not use the touchless feature very often, so I don't think I would pay extra for that again, but the faucet goes great with our brushed stainless steel appliances and we love the sprayer and the soap dispenser, too.

Love this faucet! Great water pressure, FINALLY!!!

I took someones advice in the reviews and immediately removed the flow restrictor, because my main reason for buying a new faucet was due to extremely poor water pressure at my kitchen sink. This was super easy to install, love the touchless feature!

Working as expected. Pressure is lower

The sensor is really convenient. We are happy about it. The water pressure seem to be lower than my old faucet.

My cold water flows so tiny.

Water flows so little for cold water The cold water flows so less. I have no idea why it does that even when I have it in full. i did not expect this after paying so much for faucet. Should have not got this battery operated one and stuck with regular faucet brands. I am so disappointed.

Inexplicably failed

Worked great for a year or so then just started giving low battery warnings all of the time and wouldn’t work for more than a few minutes. Had to unplug the battery pack and re-plug it in and it would work again but only for a few minutes. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips: setting a resetting, changing out batteries, etc and no luck. The Best Faucet Ever

My daughter has a touch less Moen and I needed a new faucet. I have always had morns because they have Moen has good service so I decided I wanted to try the Essie motion sensor faucet. I am like a kid. I love it so much. Hope I don’t have any problems with it because I’m just so happy with it.

Best decision

This is the second time I have purchased this faucet set. I love the touch-less part of turning on the faucet when your hands are full of chicken juice, or hamburger mess. You will not be disappointed in this purchase!

Faucet is very functional

I have had the faucet installed since May 2022 and I am really pleased with it. It doesn’t show prints or other messes easily, is easy to clean, and easy to use. I love the No touch feature and I use it frequently enough to make it well worth it. I didn’t install the soap dispenser - just personal preference, no other reason.

Great Idea, just doesn't work all the time

I would say about 6 months after we put this in, it would just stop working randomly. Cant turn the water on manually either. Replaced the batteries, did the up down thing with the handle to turn the sensor off, all trouble shooting steps that are listed on the website were tried. Attempted to contact support, but this usually happens on the weekends and there is NO support on the weekends. Water randomly come back on about 30 min later... Today, not so much, kind of crappy for a family of 7...
