We just had our new faucet installed and it works and looks greats. Nice design.

Frustrated and disappointed

We just had our kitchen remodeled, and thought this motion sensor faucet would be a nice addition. I feel like it is too sensitive - if I get even remotely close it turns on. I wish the motion sensor was adjustable. We can't return it because the contractors took the box and paperwork. I guess I will just turn off the sensor. Really disappointed.

Just got it installed today so time will tell but so far very happy with it. Hope it as good as the old Moen that it replaces

99% of the time the faucet will turn off, but...

The remaining 1% of the time it fails to fully shut off the flow. That's a big pain because if I'm trying to leave for work and I care about wasting water because I live in a desert, I have to open the cupboard and close the shutoff valves. It doesn't matter what I do with the physical handle, and I can toggle it on and off with the sensor, but the occasional failure to shut off is only solved on the faucets own timeline. Sure their easy warranty process has a new control box on the way, but lik...

Can get this faucet to work

Worked great for a couple years, but then we ran into the battery/malfunctioning issue, like others on here. Replaced batteries, now no flow, even with handle. The sensor light is off. It seems like this is a flawed product. Water won’t even come even with the handle open.

Faucet registration

I installed my new faucet and love the style and the features. It was hard and pain to get the registration done online. It took me more than six attempts to finish the registration.
