Good Product

I just purchased and installed the Moen 87014EWSRS Touchless faucet. Installation was easy and instructions were pretty clear. The reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is the flow rate. I have great pressure to the faucet however these reduced flow fixtures do not allow the water pressure to be as much as I would like. Other than that product is working great.

touch free kitchen faucet

Love the design with the censor on the left and regular faucet handle on right. Eliminating the front censor allows you to choose how to turn on your faucet.

Comparing to my prior touchless faucet, this one not as accurate regarding temp and use of sensor.

not convenient to use and poor sesor placement

I purchased the faucet with high expectations that it would be convenient to use without touching it. The sensor is on the side and does not have enough range to sense unless you are right on it. Frequently you have to wave multiple times to make it work.

Looks good

The water flow is hard to get used to compared to an old faucet but the sensor option we have makes this model very appealing

Decent faucet

It is reasonably simple to install. I think the base for the 3 hole conversion is flimsy and will likely leak. A small o-ring and a hollow base seems to be a poor engineering decision.

LOVE THE MOTION SENSER

I BOUGHT THIS A COUPLE DAYS AGO. SO EASY TO WORK AND LOVE THE PRESSURE AND THE SPRAY.

Works greaet, easy install

The directions for install are very clear - I also watched the Moen video. Went fast once I removed my old Moen faucet (I wish there would have been a video on how to uninstall that but found some guy in Louisianna that posted a video). Faucet is so fun to use and easy. The sprayer is very powerful.

Good looking modern style,

Product is good looking and durable. Was easy to install for a do it your self installation, Instructions were easy to follow and I has no issues installing the new kitchen faucet. works well with the automatic on/off feature.

Disappointing

Install was easy, straightforward. The flow at the full hot position is a little more than a trickle, mid-position flows at 1.1 gpm. performed the troubleshooting steps outlined on Moen's wed site - No impact. Called customer service and was prompted to 'push x" to schedule a return call, so I did. Was electronically informed that my call back was scheduled for Tuesday December 1st Are you kidding me? I get it, Covid, Thanksgiving week but 6 days?

Faucet moves easy from left to right. Automatic feature is great especially when hands are greasy.

We've had this installed for about 1 year. The kids love it. The wife likes it as well. It's very handy when your hands are dirty. I have to change the batteries about every 6 months. After the last battery change, the water wouldn't turn off. I removed the batteries, closed the shut-off valve, then turned it back on and replaced the batteries. It works now. Now I just need to wait to hear back from customer service to get the solenoid controller replaced or whatever is needed to get it fixed.

Performs and looks good. Easy to install.

Different and much better than traditional non-electronic faucets. Can be operated hands-free or by the handle. It was surprisingly easy to install without any problems. Appearance is modern and sleek.
