Would Not RecommendWe bought a Moen kitchen faucet with this sprayer attachment about a year ago. Within months, the sprayer began to stick in the ON position. It stinks. Judging from the number of similar reviews here, along with the robotic "customer service" deflections, Moen clearly isn't going to do anything about it. If you have to buy Moen, buy a model without the sprayer.
Handle sticks in the on position
Would Not RecommendI have a Moen faucet (works great) but have replaced the model 179108 sprayer 4 times because the handle eventually starts sticking in the on position. It’s easy to install but I bought the 4th one in Feb and it started sticking in May. I do not live in an area with hard water. If running cold water, it takes over a minute for it to unstick. About to replace 3rd time in 2 years
Would Not RecommendI'm on my third one of these and about to replace it again. The button that you press to get the sprayer to work constantly sticks causing the sprayer to not stop spraying when you release it. Will be looking into a different brand next time.

Purchased less than a year ago and already broken again. Same issue as the faucet I replaced. Still under warranty so it looks like this will become an annual issue with this faucet

Easy to install but only last a year before it sticks and sprays water till you bang it hard. Eventually it will stick worse till you have to replace it, poor design. Even worse is the replacement price!!!
