I liked the fact that Moen has this product as a replacement part, without having to buy another faucet too. We have the stainless steel faucet (or brushed nickel), and the replacement part only came in chrome. Not the best match, but better than not having a side sprayer at all. The biggest 'con' (according to my husband who installed this sprayer), was that it was not possible to 'quick connect' anything to the original faucet. do you guys not read your own reviews mown. anyone giving it a five star is only because they haven't been into it for a year. why do you not fix the problem and continue to sell a product that has not been re-engineered. read the reviews and quit apologizing and do something before I sue you

Moen junk

third one this year Moen products suck. if you buy Moen get you a waterproof mat to go under your sink because they constantly leak spray just garbage and will ruin your brand new kitchen cabinets I guarantee you do not chance it unless you enjoy rebuilding brand new cabinets

Design Flawed

The 179108 multi‑fit side sprayer has a design flaw. Like many other reviewers, I’ve had to replace the sprayer head twice in two years because it gets stuck in the “on” position, spraying the entire kitchen — and the user. Is there a compatible replacement sprayer available without buying a full kit? The other components are fine, and universal sprayers don’t fit Moen sets. Thank you.

It's an OEM part and worked immediately.

Very bad design.

I will echo what everyone else has said. However, I don't think it was even a year since I replaced the spray nozzle. The cheep ones you can buy will last for years. Yeah, yeah, yeah, there's a warrenty, but what a hassle. I expect a product from Moen to last for years not months.

If you can avoid, please do

I've had to replace 3 so far in 2 years. They keep getting stuck. Moes should address this issue or recommend another product that will fit their hookup

Direct replacement for Moen Faucet sprayer

An easy replacement for a previous damaged Moen faucet sprayer. Straight forward replacement, took about 10 minutes including the time to turn on and off the main water supply to my house.

Side spray replacement.

Easy to install, but I only needed the spray head, not the hose, which made it relatively more expensive.

Don't buy a knock-off. The Moen is perfect.
