Cheap inner part keeps breaking. Sprayer head fails and needs replacing often. The company does not sell the sprayer head without the hose and attachment parts. Total waste of money.

Not a great product for the price

I paid almost $100 for my moen faucet and within 6 months the sprayer is getting stuck. I'm mechanically inclined enough to figure out the little plastic piece inside of the sprayer head gets stuck. I've tried using olive oil to help fix the issue but it's only temporary. I've used vinegar as well. Moen, you should be ashamed of yourself for charging so much for a product that needs so much frequent troubleshooting after a short period of time. You need to fix this. Garbage

I bought this in December of 2023 in April 2024 the sprayer got stuck in the on position- like everyone else here. Absolute garbage. Can’t fix it can only replace the entire device and hose because they make it impossible to get equal fitting for just the nozzle- moen has traveled to the junk heap

Not impressed and left upset

I would give less than 1 * but option is not available. Like others, the sprayer button gets stuck and water mess everywhere. Thought it was an individual item problem, but bought another one, and within 40 days it starting to stick and spray all over. Not impressed for the cost of stuff that breaks down so easily. Could not find fittings to match my Moen faucet

The end of the sprayer hose that attaches to the Moen faucet didn't fit. I could not find the proper fitting a d writing to Moen was no help. Moen never responded to my email. I ended up splicing the new nozzle hose to the end of the old nozzle hose that fit the faucet. A hassle but it works and that's what count. Can't say anything good about Moen's service department.

It's looking like I'm going to have to replace this sprayer again. This will be my 4th sprayer in two years. Same issue as described multiple times on this site. The sprayer sticks in the on position where you have to bang it hard against the sink to get it to stop spraying.

As with so many others, after a year - just as the 1 year warranty ran out - the sprayer got stuck on. Carefully dismantling it - as described below - showed zero buildup in the aerator. Not surprising. We have a whole-house water filter and a water softener Our water is as soft as a democrat's skull. WD-40.
