Not Dispensing Fertilzer, Not sure what lock does

I bought this at the end of last season, so I would be ready to use it this season. I was really looking forward to it and hoping it would make my life easier verses having to fill 25 water cans of solution. Well it sucks. It fills with water but I don't think there is any fertilizer mixing with my water and coming out the nozzle. Seems like pain . I've been watering for 30 minutes and the water is still dark blue and full of crystals. Also the lock/ unlock doesn't seem to do a thing. I'm very ...

Poor design and doesn’t fit together well.

I have used this product once. It leaks and doesn’t mix the fertilizer that was included. I had to shake the sprayer while using it to get any mixing at all. I am very disappointed.

This is junk

Just bought this today and was looking forward to using it. TOTAL JUNK. It leaked horribly at the hose fitting, and yes the rubber gasket was in place. Also do not like the design as there is no way to use it just for watering without feeding. Being returned tomorrow. Bad design. Bad manufacturing. I expected better.

We have had a Ortho Gro feeder for years and just tossed it because it leaked so bad. I did read the reviews and figured it was worn out. I purchased a new today and same problem. Ok I came in and read the comments of the Miracle Grow company about the hose size. I have one of those metal flexible hose’s which are light and better on an aging back and joints. After reading the comment I took aff the sprayer and place it on a normal hose. Bingo!! Problem solved..Thank you Ortho Go for that bit ...

Great way to dispense the Miracle Grow

I never can find these in stores so I am ordering one.

Useless Feeder

I've been through 2 or 3 of these and need another but I will find some other brand. These are just junk. The gasket on the hose attachment is useless...you get wet from your hand to your shoulders and beyond. And the only way to get to really feed Miracle Gro is by holding it upside down. Then it sprays too much versus none. Please don't email me about your guarantee. No more of this crap even if free.

Easy as pie no leaks

Easy to use very straightforward filling so much easier than watering can but have to shake while watering but very good

Lock and unlock button

I am not reviewing because I only used it twice, but I have no idea what the lock and un-lock button is for. it isn't in the directions. Can someone please tell me about that

Have a question

Isnt there supposed to be a siphoning tube going into the fertilizer container? Mine doesnt have one and wont dispense solution. I had one many years and was looking forward to having one again.

Feeder leaks terribly

Ive purchased a new one for last 3 years. I replaced the hose seal and they just leak every where. Its really crazy. Do you have a fix or can you send me one you know doesnt leak? Tired of getting wet and water here is expensive. Fertilizer is good just not the sprayer.

Product does not dispense

Same problem as most. Garden feeder sprayer does not dispense blue liquid unless turned sideways or upside down.

Big mess, doesn't look like it works

The solution, when it does come out indicated by seeing blue water have to shake it to see it come out otherwise its just clear water and the seal where the gun and tub connect is not a very good seal and its all over my paver driveway, good thing I spotted it as when it dries it stains. Also, opening the device there is undissolved solids that obviously will not add to the job, what's that about? I don't know what to do with this thing, if I find out I will fix this review, but it seems pretty ...

Easy to use

I've had mine hose end sprayer for 6-7 years simple to use. On feeding day I typically use 6-8 lbs of food. As i have thousands of plants and palms -central florida. Never had a single problem. Works like a champ!

Great way to feed the olants

Not sure about all those bad reviews. Purchased/used 10/8/22; after reading instructions worked great. No mess, no drips, love the three spray option. Been a miracle-grow user for 30+years. Just planted new flowers. Needed to get immediate food into the plants before frost. Though first time using this sprayer, won’t be the last. Another dose in 2-weeks.

Works well...but....may need better instructions..

I get the impression that the bottle has to fill with water up to the top before the dissolved liquid gets dispensed. This is not very clear from your youtubes or from the box of fertilizer. No siphon...ergo bottle has to fill to get out through the lid????? I add water to the bottle before screwing the lid to the nozzel.... I think it is needed but not 100% sure. OTherwise one has to run water for severl mintues first before spraying plants?

Totally frustrated

Mine came in sections and I can't get it together. No instructions online. Help!

LEAKING ISSUE

I bought this last summer and have used it maybe 8 times. It has always leaked horribly between the handle and the swivel nut that attaches to the hose. It has a washer inside and it still leaks. I added a second washer and the leak has stopped completely.

Impressive

Didn’t want to buy the sprayer as I already have a sprayer for watering my garden. So glad I did. Love the “gentle rain” this provides. Make fertilizing so quick and efficient! Totally impressed! I even use it without fertilizer sometimes rather than switch back to my other hose end

Doesn’t work

The jar doesn’t fill up on its own with just the water turned on per the instructions. I tried filling it and the over filling it. Still didn’t dispense the contents. If I shook it, some came out but plain water otherwise.
