Works amazing, easy to use, pretty heavy

I've only had this dehumidifier for a week, but I am emptying a full bucket almost every two days. It works very well, my basement is noticeably drier. The only con is that it is very heavy when the bucket is full and there are no side handles, only the top handle. I could see an older person or someone with limited strength or mobility struggling with this one. However, this is not a deal breaker and I would absolutely buy it again.

Loud motor

Dehumidifier does a great job removing moisture from the air in my 2000 sq foot ranch home. However, the motor is louder than anticipated.

Works well, but very heavy

The machine was easy to set up and it seems to be working great. However, it’s extremely heavy and the heavy part is on the top so every time you want to empty the water bucket, you have to lift the motor I dread having to do that my last dehumidifier allowed you to slide out the water bucket without having to lift the motor. Also, it was supposed to come with castor wheels and non came, so now I have to lift it just to move it to a new location. maybe I bought one too big.

Practical, easy to set up

This dehumidifier is wonderful. It works so well, I bought another one for my very large basement. I have one at either end of the basement, and it’s doing a great job. Easy to set up.

A little loud even on low fan speed!

Works very well and makes the house seem cooler. Definitely more comfortable!

The 35 pint does NOT come with a pump.

Love this dehumidifier. It is a stackable unit. So far it is working great. The only thing that would have given it 5 stars is it does not come with a pump to push the water up to a slop sink. I could have run a hose across the floor to a drain. Instead I elevated the dehumidifier and drained into where I have the water softener drain.

Great Dehumidifier, a little heavy.

Wow! This unit really collects the water. We had a bad humidity problem in our basement water was literally dripping off our HVAC unit. After installing this unit, it would collect an average of 4 1/2 gallons of water in the recovery bucket every 18 to 24 hours. I never realized how much humidity there was in our basement, this unit really took care of the problem. My only criticism is that the unit is heavy. Quiet and efficient product

We installed the dehumidifier to directly drain into the floor drain. It is heavier than our old one. I had a little difficulty in getting it to recognize that I wanted it to directly drain - I think I was too impatient as it started after I had followed the directions for the third time and then walked away! It made a difference in the humidity in our basement within 4 hours. It is much quieter than our previous one.

Quiet and Efficient!

Unfortunately, first unit arrived damaged, but reviews and Consumer Reports were all positive so I reordered and I LOVE this unit. It's small, quiet and gets the job done!! I have been using it for about 3 weeks, and consistently fill the bucket once a day in this humidity. I will be hooking up the tube to drain to sump pump but need to acquire a short extension cord before I do that....

Pretty good unit

I've had it running for about a week now and it seems to be taking care of the humidity in my basement. pretty quiet and trouble free. App works well, but the app listed in the instructions has been replaced by one called SmartHome. the older one doesn't support all the features. It's a bit difficult to set up if you want to use the hose instead of the bucket. And it won't fit on top of the bucket if yo'ure using the hose so it has to sit directly on the floor or on a table.

Nice small form factor for a dehumidifier

The cube is easy to carry. The handle is sturdy and makes it easy to transport. Water hose is in an easy to access location. Very easy to hook up. The app is very good. It had no problems finding the dehumidifier. The scheduling feature is very nice. I haven’t tried it in bucket mode. I can see it being difficult to carry when full. It’s nice that it can collect a lot of water. But, it would be a bit heavy and unwieldy. So far working well in the basement running most of the day. Will up...

Rated as a top product by Consumer Report's and we agree. We've had the dehumidifier running now several days and it works great. It's lowered our humidity from 62% to 49% and runs quieter than most dehumidifiers.
