good value dehumidifier

very quiet and efficient dehumidifier with compact storage, but great capacity when in use

Its easy to use and much quieter than my previous dehumidifier.

Life saver for the basement

Works like a charm and brought our basement from 70%+ humidity down to 50. after the recent flooding, this was a life saver drying up the basement so much faster. I would consider getting the one with the pump next time so it's easier to set it up for continuous draining

Excellent at Removing Moisture

Very portable and easy to set up, but I mostly like how quickly and thoroughly it sucks moisture out of the air. Our damp basement is about 800 square feet, and it does fine there. We use the drain hose that goes into a sump. We had to add an extension to it, but it still works great. I haven’t bothered to set up the WiFi, and may or may not do so one day. Great dehumidifier

Does a great job keeping our basement at the current humidity. The app is also a easy way to track the amount of water in the bucket.

Tech Support Awful

The unit would have a five star review but the WiFi stopped working after 5 days and their tech service was awful. The rep said they did not have the ability or knowledge to troubleshoot the unit. Since I use it in an attic I now have to go upstairs to turn on/off. The unit design and performance of the dehumidification are stellar. Dumping water easy.

Great Dehumidifer

I LOVE this product, it's easy to use, easy to set up and so quiet. I read a ton of reviews prior to buying this one, as we have had 2 others before it that didn't last long.. I am glad I went with this one, as it's super easy to set up and use, and I love that the app works so well for it. I do suggest, if you're like us and want it tankless, getting a different hose than what it comes with if you won't be directly by a drain, but I found it super awesome that it did indeed come with one.

So, so much quieter

Quiet, well-designed, easy to use. The remote monitoring and administration of the unit is very valuable. We initially got our first one for a small basement-level vacation condo, but liked it so much we got another for the basement in our main house. Very clever design for storage when not in use (especially valuable in the small condo).

Small but mighty and app-integrated!

This dehumidifier is small but mighty and connects to your home network and app intuitively. Setup instructions were easy to follow and settings are versatile with suggestions for common scenarios (i.e. living area, storage area). Would recommend!

The size is perfect and it gets the job done quietly.

Initial observations

After running for about one week in my basement (1,000 sf) I find the unit isn’t able to get below 47 when set at 45 or lower. I also find that it shuts off above the presetting, so at 49 when it is set at 45. Not sure if this is an issue with the led readout not syncing properly or if this is undersized for the space.

Affordable and effective; better decision than renting one. Made the room comfortable!

Very Efficient

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. On low setting it used about 122 watts. The design is unusual with the fan blowing upwards. I use both of these with the compressor unit sitting atop the reservoir and the hose draining into a bathtub and cellar perimeter drain. Both are quieter than my previous Frigidaires. My son purchased one as well and is also pleased.

Unique and useful design.

The unit has multiple ways of collecting/disposing water. The design also allows you to place the unit locations traditional dehumidifiers wouldn't fit. I ended up using milk crates to raise the dehumidifier up so it could drain into the sink in my basement. I considered getting the version with the pump (and probably spent the price difference in tubing/a stand to raise the unit up) but a pump is one more potential point of failure and I preferred to let gravity do the work. Nice size for the basement. Very efficient unit that immediately helped the room feel drier.

Simpler to deal with than my last dehumidifier

Even this smaller unit (they make larger ones) has done a great job in my finished basement. I have only used it in bucket mode so far, and am still evaluating it to see if I want to buy a second one for the detached garage. So far, I'm thinking yes. I ran it for several days before the bucket needed to be emptied, even with extra humidity since our last dehumidifier died. I think that if I get one for the garage, I can pretty easily drain one into my condensate pump and from there out the wind...
