The dehumidifier was easy to remove from box and quick to get working

Will it last...? Time will tell.

I buy top rated products. But like mostly all new products, it is working as expected. However, if Midea is so highly rated, why is there only a 1-year warranty that the company says it does Not extend further for any reason as other big name brands offer? It makes one wonder if the Midea company has any faith in there own products!

Not a winner

Randomly shuts off for no reason and won’t get my room below 56%. I think this is going back. So frustrating.

Great and Awesome Dehumidifier

This is an awesome workhorse. We've had for about a week and it's pulled nearly 45 gallons of water out of our basement. The only struggle is lifting the dehumidifier so that you can get to the bucket underneath. It's a cool design and I do like it a lot. I would also recommend that if you can't lift the 4 gallons, you use the app to set so the bucket is only 2 gallons.

Large capacity dehumidifier

The dehumidifier works great. Set up was pretty easy although we decided not to use the app and control it via our phone. Didn’t see worth the effort. We are using it with the hose so we don’t have to empty the bucket-but it is a huge bucket if you needed to go that route. The basement humidity has stayed within the set range while using this product.

Works great and super easy setup

Really like the ease of use and setup. I’ve run it for three days now in my basement and it’s already much better temperature and humidity. The settings took a few minutes to learn and i didn’t realize there needed to be so much open space around the unit after setup, so the original place I had for it was too crowded. Working great in its new spot though!

Happy customer

Works very well so far at pulling moisture out of the room. I am using it in the bathroom and living room. The size is perfect and it came with attachable wheels which is a bonus for moving it around the house if you need to. Pretty quiet too. Overall very happy with the purchase.

It works as advertised. It has really removed the moisture from my basement so that it is tolerable now.

Not for old people

The unit, when functioning, does not look like the picture -- it is twice as high because the unit sits AVOVE the bucket, not in the bucket as pictured. The unit is very heavy and needs to be moved every time the water is emptied. The bucket alone with water is very heavy and has to be moved to where it can be emptied, THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR OLD PEOPLE OR THOSE WITH BAD BACKS.

Simple to operate

Easy assembly and starting procedures were simple. The unit came with wheels so I was able to move it around house. I like the option to choose from three modes; set, continuous or max. It extracted 2 gallons of water within 6 hours, and that’s with my a/c running!! Worth buying.

Works as advertised

Works as advertised in my basement. Does have some issues staying connected to multiple phones and the notification of the bucket being full was delayed an hour or two a few times. That said, it works pretty well keeping humidity down in my basement (65-68% before, consistently 45-50% now).

Very effective, seems well built

This is so much more effective at dehumidifying than my 5 year old dehumidifier ever was. Yes, it's heavy to lift the unit off the bucket to empty out the water, but in my case I preferred connecting a hose and letting it run continuously to the floor drain. Brought the humidity in my 24x20 cellar from 79% to 50% in less than 24 hours. It's not silent, but quiet enough. Looks and feels well built. I have no interest in the wifi features so can't comment on that.

THE QUIETEST DEHUMIDIFIER I HAVE EVER USED

This is the quietest dehumidifier I have ever used. I bought it because I wanted a quiet one, but I was a bit surprised when I found out how the water empties out. My previous dehumidifiers had buckets that slid out either the front or back which was fairly easy. The dehumidifier part of this one sits over the collection bucket, so one lifts it off the collection bucket, puts it on the floor & then wheels the 4 gallon capacity bucket, empties it & replaces the dehumidifier part over the bucket...
