Love the led light inside. Runs very quiet. Cycle runs about 3 hours. Does’nt dry after cycle.

So bought this dishwasher. It was delivered today. When we started the installation process, we were shocked to find out that the Water inlet was on the front of the unit. Also the electrical box where you hook the cord up is also in the front so you have to buy an extra long cord if your plug-in is more than 6 feet from the front of your dishwasher. Midea is a brand I never heard of and won’t buy ag

It did not power up after installation. Since I tried after 48 hour window, any return/exchange/refund was denied. My problem. Midea twice denied to fix it. With help of Lowe’s, they agreed. Ridiculous! $400 and I got an unusable box.

Lowe’s Sucks!!!!

Ordered on December 19th. Did not receive until January 24! First item arrived to store damaged. When I finally did have it delivered straight to my home, delivery person was going to leave it boxed. I asked him to please unbox it so I can inspect for damage. He then tells me I need to purchase the hose (which I already did) and he did not bring. I now have to schedule installation separately. What a nightmare, will never shop at Lowe’s again!!!

Terrible product even worst customer service.

1 replacement (defect) 3 service calls in less than one year and now another cracked dishwasher that doesn’t work. They won’t even offer support. ALL IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR. Bad welding is what the service guys said.

Fantastic machine

Replaced a 9 year old Whirlpool did my research I like the Maytag , LG , Beko all in the $700/$800 price range , then I found the Midea like all the features many only on much higher price models the ability to clean the filter, top Mount controls all hidden ( clean look ) Fingerprint Resistant Finish , vary quite 45dBU , interior light , an OEM manufacturer of parts for other companies vary well build , easy to install and then the price under $400 WOW !! How can you go wrong it's a no brainer ...

I bought a Midea Dishwasher 45, 6 years ago. It only lasted less than 3 years. There are no repairman in our area, so Lowe's bought out my extended warranty. I bought another Midea 45 and it went out yesterday. It also lasted less than 3 years.. I will never get another one or recommend one to anyone.

Terrible customer service

We used the dishwasher 1 time and then it quit working. We have had to call multiple times to even get Midea to offer having a repair man to come look at it. Their "approved" person refuses to call or text us back despite multiple efforts and his voice-mail is full. He responded once with "sorry can't talk right now" and nothing else. It has been 4 weeks of this and we are still nowhere.

Racks started to rust out in the first year...

No, the lower rack started to rust after the first year.

Wet dishes when done

We have tried auto, heavy and normal cycle options and additional sanitize, hi-temp, heated options for each wash and in the month we’ve had it, dishes are always wet and water runs down the inside of the door when we open it, even the morning after running it. Not happy about this product… Please let me know there is something wrong with my unit and that I don’t have to deal with this for years to come.

This is hands down the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Have had GE and Maytag in the past and this one outperforms both. It is so quiet that sometimes I'm not sure it's running. Everything gets clean and I love the third rack and the interior light.

Do not purchase

Broke multiple times. Soap dispenser kept letting soap out too early and electrical issues. Thankfully covered by warranty.
