Solid machine with a sleek look

Don't waste your money on this!

I was excited by the features of this dishwasher but quickly became disenchanted. It is quiet. However, the things that have gone wrong in the short 2 months I've owned it far outweigh the lack of noise. The rubber flapper at the bottom consistently comes out from the kick plate. The spring cord on the door has come off the pulley twice. I won't pay the repair man again so now it's officially off. I have to lift the weight of the door and close manually every time. About 2 days after washing and...

poor customer service

I have had this dishwasher for 2 months. yes it is quite except for when it 1st comes on. It has a odd odor inside after wash finishes.(customer service told me to clean the filters) well duh, I am not stupid, I know to do that. the rubber flap that is attached to the bottom of the door is supposed to stay behind the kick plate but it keeps falling out after door is opened 4 or 5 times.(customer service told me it is supposed to hang out) well no it is not. no help at all about what to do about ...

Better have a paper clip

The model does well with cleaning dishes, but the lock on the door keeps popping backward, forcing us to use a paper clip or paper binder to pull it forward again to make the machine functional. This is actually annoying and pretty awful. I honestly would not have purchased a Midea brand had I'd known about this issue.

I would buy this product again

I use the dishwasher daily. It does the dirty work like a charm. My dishes are spotless everytime. I have had the washer for about 3 weeks now. I love the sleek look in my kitchen. When it is running it is so quiet I don't even hear its running how quiet it is. I was skeptical of getting the brand at first but happy with the product, no complaints.

Before l did my survey,I read what others wrote. I was very surprise to hear all the negativity. I want to thank the Midea people for being so prompt in fixing my machine. I love the lights Inside machine. The extra rack up top is nice. Plus it does a very good job of getting my dishes clean. 400192157

Love the stainless steel tub.

I like the dishwasher because I think the stainless steel tub is great, and it is very easy to clean the filter. This dishwasher has 3 racks and it is very easy to load my dishes, they also get very clean and I like that. So to say the least, this is the best dishwasher I've had so far. 400192122

I would never ever buy this product!

Latch broke after 5 months. They have absolutely no support and you are basically left to your own devices to fix it. What a waste of money. $600 plus installation and nobody at Midea cares about your broken dishwasher. NEVER EVER buy a Midea product because they do not support their goods.

After reading reviews I realize my problem with no power is I have a broken latch. Unit is 5 months old.
