Poor layout

It washes ok but I'm doing dishes twice as often as my previous washer. The racks are very poorly designed. The lower rack might fit corian plates from the 80s but nothing we have fits. Trying to get bowls in is just a laugh. I usually balance larger things on top of the angled rack and put the plates and bowls to the left. I'm seriously about to take bolt cutters and remove about 2/3s of the tines. Otherwise it works but I made a poor decision

My first dishwasher

Just had my kitchen remodeled late 2022. Purchased all brand new appliances. Never had a dishwasher ever, and really didn't know what to ask for. I saw the Midea, and asked my sales guy about it (mostly because of the price), and decided since I had nothing to compare it to that I would give it a try. DO NO BUY DW failed in 6 months and Midea will not resolve

Purchased Midea MDT24H3AST Dishwasher in November 21 as a gift and installed in January 22. Unit started throwing error codes and not working intermittently in 6 months. Now is completely nonfunctional. Midea has not corrected issue or arranged a service call after 6 months of calls and emails to their product support team. Finally after threatening legal action, their only response to is to send me a voucher to replace with same, problematic, unit, but I must uninstall, contact original seller,...

No help and never called back even a fter 2 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. THROUGH CODES 17 AND 15 which ar too much water and not enough water!!

BEST PURCHASE EVER

I've had my dishwasher for 3 years. Sold my home in MD "as is" (except dishwasher) to move to NC. Attempted to buy a new Midea here in NC to no avail. Travelled 7 hours back to Maryland for my Midea. Wouldn't and couldn't live without it.

You won't be sorry!

My stocked GE went out 8 years after we built house. I hand washed while I saved cause I knew what I wanted next. 3rd silverware drawer, delayed settings and quiet as possible. Went straight to the GE's and other more well know brands, well over $1100-$1200. Our sales guy said let me show you one I got for my mom at her house, she loves it. The only dishwasher that hasn't disappointed

I built a house this year and had to choose appliances. The only reason I chose this dishwasher is because it wasn't too expensive, and I thought the top rack was cute. I figured I've never had a dishwasher that actually cleaned like it should, so why not let my dishes sit on a cute little shelf while they go for a swim? Poorly constructed

The entire machine feels like a beer can ready to be crushed. The slides on the shelves are loose and do not pull out easy. The third rack is not designed well enough to hold enough utensils and most of the separators are facing the wrong way to hold knives, forks, and spoons.

Make my dishwashing life easy.

Horrible dishwasher

I many times have to hand wash dishes before loading as they do not get clean. The dishwasher does not dry. It has 2 drying settings that does absolutely nothing. Even with dishwasher open, it takes 2 days to air dry. It does not turn off when cycle completed. You have to manually open the door.

Great purchase!

Super quiet! Had to put my ear almost up to the washer to hear if it was working. The inside light is pretty cool too!
