Would RecommendI have only had the freezer for a few weeks but it is a great improvement over my old freezer that had to be defrosted. I did purchase the five year protection plan because of the mixed reviews. Hopefully I will continue to be happy with my purchase.

Doesn't work
Would Not RecommendI picked this up, thought I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately, does not freeze. I waited 2 full days thinking maybe it needed to adjust, but no luck. I tried to lower temperature and seems there are only 3 options, cold, colder, and coldest. I moved to coldest and put in freezer mode, but doesn't cool at all. Now I have to deal with a hassle of finding a truck and help to return.

Failed after three months
Would Not RecommendI really liked this unit but after three months it failed. light is on on the inside but the unit doesn't work. Trying to get to customer service is difficult Stay away from this product. Lowe's isn't much help either
